Quality Inn

At check in we had to have the sheets change because there was hair all over them after changing the bed that evening when we decided to go to bed the bed and the pillows stunk of something I have never smelled before the worst smell imaginable it permeated all of our clothes even into the bags and the car after we put them in the trunk I would not stay at this property or any of its affiliates ever again

The property was not what was shown online. It was in need of many repairs and in our room dirty, moldy ahower curtain.Holes in walls and shower curtain broken from wall. Sink did not drain.

No issues.

There was mold all around the air conditioning unit and on the wall in the room. Disgusting.

It’s a Quality Inn.

The room had a funny odor and the shower curtain in the shower was moldy on the ends. We did, however, like the beds very much. They were extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was not very good and the garbage where people put their items when they were done was filthy dirty on the top.

When we checked in, we were given a room key. When we went to that room, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Returned to the main desk and let them know the room was not clean. The front desk staff questioned me, and I said it was not cleaned. He contacted another person who went and checked on the room and came back and said it wasn’t cleaned. He then gave us another room, but did not apologize for the mixup. I had to say, “we don’t even get an Oops, sorry about that?”. He then said sorry. Once in the new room, the sink did not drain properly. When we finally decided to go to bed, there was a brown bug underneath the sheets. When I addressed it with the front desk, they said maybe someone left the window open they would check on it. They were very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills.

We felt for the cost and appearence it was not a good value

Faucet over sink loose as was electrical outlet with hair blower. Otherwise all good

It was great for the price. The only issue we saw was the bedding. I don't think that whoever cleaned that room changed the bedding. There were long hairs on the sheet. I mean that could have been from the housekeepers I don't know. The comforter definitely wasn't clean. There were stains all over it. The staff did give us a new clean comforter to replace it. All in all for the price it wasn't bad

They over booked the rooms. I drove 5 hours to Appleton from Saint Paul and didn't even get a room which I reserved a room 3 weeks in advance. Stupid Hotel.

Poorly trained staff, television did not work properly. Dirty room and chairs. Poor to no wi fi.

When we checked in our room was not made up from previous guests. We were going to leave and request a refund.The hotel was booked and the area hotels seemed to be full as well. It soon became apparent that Cynthia was the only staff in the hotel. So we waited while she cleaned the room. In the meantime other guests came to ask for towels because they hadn't gotten any. Two guests reported that when they checked in someone else was in their room. I don't know who would have been responsible for that mix up. And the phone was ringing a lot. Cynthia kept her cool, she was patient and courteous while having a terrible lot to deal with. Management needs to step up. The hotel is old , carpeting old, place needs attentions. And there is no elevator.

Room was clean, breakfast was basic. The only negative was that there were no sidewalks to walk to local establishments.

Very clean

Convenient location but the hotels was lack of towels, no tissue paper, table light and refrigerator is not working. Bathroom fan switch was not working properly. Not very clean hotel, but was ok for last minutes booking.

The first thing I noticed was the whole hallway smelled like cat pee. My room had an empty toilet paper roll. No washcloth or tissue was provided. And at 10:50 AM some guy knocked on the door and opened it without even asking if he could come in to tell me check out is at 11. I could have been getting dressed or something and I am a single female in the room by myself so that really upset me. also, the front desk was littered with garbage from food and drinks.

Bed uncomfortable,cable garbage,you can't go in but one way which if you have a lot of luggage you can't get in no other way ,not friendly
