stay was great .. front desk clerknwas great she was courteous & provide good service.Room was clean we did a double bed 1 sofa bed suite lower level. Beds were comfortable however no bedding was provided for the sofa bed so we had to use one blanket off the bed and borrow pillows from both beds. The pillows are extremely small i thought they were accent pillows at 1st. Room was clean. A door between the room and living room( sofa sleeper room) would have been nice. We tried the breakfast and was nice choice. Scrambled eggs with or without ham. Sausage. Awesome fresh Texas shape waffle there was Juice coffee cereal oatmeal pastries bread for toasting bagels It was also extremely clean area which we definitely appreciated. Employee caring for breakfast room was attentive and keeping everything clean and organized.
So yes my only complaints would be small pillows and bedding not available for sofa sleeper. Other than that I found my go to when im in town. Def recommend.

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The room was clean and quiet during our stay. The staff were nice and accommodating. We did not request for housekeeping for our 4 day stay but they had our room cleaned and towels replaced on our third day. If we were to visit El Paso again, we would stay here again.

Very nice place. Convenient to the airport, shopping and nearby restaurants. The front desk help was really good and helpful with information. Very courteous.

I stayed 1 night, left my truck at QI and was shuttled to the airport, having been assured I could expect a shuttle back to the motel at the end of my trip, for a 2nd night’s stay. Not ONE EMPLOYEE BOTHERED TO MENTION THAT THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE STOPPED AT 4 PM. My flight landed at 8pm. After 22 hours of overseas travel, I had no way to reach QI and my vehicle without a $23 taxi, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for that in an unsafe, deserted airport. No vending machine, and I was starving. My first stay here, the soda machine was empty. I will never ever stay here again, and will share what happened to me for and wide.

Staff was fine. The restaurant opportunities were limited, so for dinner I ordered delivery- awful Chinese meal. In-house breakfast was hot and fresh.
Shuttle to airport was very convenient.
One lamp didn’t function. Soda machine was completely empty. Heater/a.c. made a screeching noise periodically.

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The room was clean and quiet during our stay. The staff were nice and accommodating. The property was just what we needed. Laundry facility right there. Parking right on front of our room. The room needed a little extra cleaning (door jams were dirty). But the overall room was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable and we were able to rest well.

There was a medium size cockroach in the room and the room smelled like cigarettes. A report was made about the roach and was only offered to fumigate the next day. The manager didn't follow up with discounted room rate request.
