I like the location of the place. The people above us kept me and my husband up all night. They were so disrespectful being so loud ALL night long. There was also a terrible smell that we did not appreciate.

The front desk workers are rude. The housecleaning staff are very friendly. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The elevator did not work, and I only found out when I walked to it. When I went back and asked the front desk rep about the elevator she did the walking gesture with her hands, and didn’t speak.

Can’t really complain. My only complaint is that I stayed over a week at a time and almost every day I had to get my key reprogrammed. Also, more than one set of washer and dryer would be good. Also, the elevator that never works since I’ve been there. Other than that, friendly staff and not a bad area.

Stayed here after a missed connection at ATL. The hotel is very basic, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was broken so had to carry bags up the stairs. Main complaint is that check-in was *very* slow. Long line of people (all from missed connections) checking in at 1am and each check-in took 5-10 minutes; it took 45 minutes to get my room key.

Bed pillows were small throw size pillows. The breakfast was a big disappointment. Nothing healthy. Waffles and toast. The orange juice was terrible. I took a sip and spit it out. Maybe it was soured or rotten. It was Grose. At that I just left.

Elevator out of service - had to carry luggage to third floor as senior citizens. Returned my rental car and returned to hotel to find three people sitting on curb at hotel entrance smoking weed. The smell was in the lobby and stairwell we had to use. Later that night, the smell brought into our room through the air conditioner intake from outside. I’ve become very disappointed with the Quality Inn chain.

I expected at least a clean room. Floor was dirty. Tub was stained, a/c looks lije its never been cleaned. It had stains and it felt sticky. Icing on the cake was the blood stain on the sheets. Glad we had our own blanket.
