Quality Inn Bismarck I-94

Already sent teview, but i will tell you again. When you walk in to the front desk it's so nice. So when my sister and i walked into the place to get to our room the carpet was frayed and as hold as the hills.Our room was dirty. The floor had not been vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned, most of the light bulbs didn't work. Sheila, called in her assistant manager (Melissa) come and cleaned it. I speak very highly about Sheila and Melissa for going out of there way to help. Sheila the front desk person offered to move us, but we would have had to do it ourselves. Both of us have back and medical issues. That's why we were in town. The base of the bed was bigger than the mattress. Stains on the floor. The baseboard heaters are old too. The baseboard around the room was almost off from the wall I do have pictures of everything if you want me to send them. I wouldn't give this motel, maybe a 2. There was an odor, like a diesel smell. I went to front desk. Never heard back from them about it might be. The front desk should've called tried turning the heat. That didn't much. But we were just tired of the crap we already had to deal with. They said they would've compensate our room but since i went through you (Expedia) I would have to try to get it from you. I strongly feel i should get my money back for both nights. I really want to send you the pictures, that way you wouldn't think I'm making this up. There internet picture on your site makes it look nice, but it's horrible.

You get want you pay. I like this place for price

The breakfast was not

The property and room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are looking a little sad and could use an update, but for the price it’s a good deal. I will stay there again when in the area.

Good value for the price.

We have stayed at this property and like its location as well as the lounge that is on the property for our Adult get aways. The front desk staff was very friendly. We had a couple items in the room that weren't working properly, but it wasn't too big a deal, I let the front desk know upon check out and she made note to make sure it was taken care of.

This is a fine place to stay. Dont enjoy sitting in hot tub and children jumping off side and splashing. This am after breakfast it was 9 am and the staff knocked on door to start cleaning. Found that disrespectful of guest time when check out was 11 am.

Very clean. The bar was sketchy.

Room was trashed. Sink stopper broken, gouges out of wall, air did not work.

Great place to take a break

The place has really gone downhill since it was Comfort Inn. No checking in early even when rooms are available without a $25 early check in fee. Front desk lady was rude. It’s on the level of Motel 6 these days.

The room was way too hot! Thermastat wasnt even on, AC wouldn't even work correctly to cool the room down. Toilet had poop stains on the seat, carpet had gross stains on it as well. TV was extremely outdated, bed was not comfortable whatsoever. Wont stay there again!

It had a stain on the floor that was 3 feet diameter. It was terrible and I had to wear shoes the whole time. I will never stay again.

The hotel was decent. Could use some upgrades in spots. The 1st room we were in, the toilet was not very clean, the 2nd room we moved to was great. Clean and comfortable. The lady at the desk was amazing about moving us. The breakfast was good and the lady that worked that lart was sweet and friendly. Overall not a bad place to stay and will probably stay there again.

The price is what I went for. I only planned to sleep and get up early for our plans. The hotel is older and could use a refresh in many areas. However, for the money I was happy. My bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the desk clerks were pleasant. The waitress in the bar named amanda was very hardworking and very kind. The bar was packed with regulars due to cheap prices im sure. Id stay again.

Employer reimbursement rate is low, so I took a chance on this property. It wasn't bad! I questioned the safety of the parking lot and neighborhood, but I overall, the room was very clean and confortable. It has an impressive pool and hot tub area that families can enjoy at a great price.
