Quality Inn Bismarck I-94

Late arrival- convenient shuttle service from airport. Bed clean and comfortable,pillows good. Carpet very stained. Whole place in need of refurbishing. Shower worked well and lots of hot water and good pressure. Got a good night sleep after traveling all day. Likely wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

There was a dirty wet towel hanging on the bathroom door. Whole place smelled off.

Many places the carpet was dirty and very worn. The tread area on the stairs was threadbare and on one step there wasn't even any carpet.

We asked for a handicap room. I guess that just means a bar at the opposite end of the tub to help you get in. The bed was not set up correct and we had to move the bedding around and sleep at the opposite end so we were not sleeping down hill. We had to take the toilet paper off the holder because you couldn't reach it. The room had a very strange set up as the refrigerator was on top of a stand and the coffee pot was on top of the refrigerator where you could barely reach it. Seemed a bit dangerous to me! The next morning the hair dryer screamed like it was going to blowup and singed my hair. On a better note...the ladies at the desk were friendly.

Best place in bismarck

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was nice and clean. The attendants were friendly. But, when we checked in we were automatically charged a $100 security deposit against our card we used and when asked about it we were told it was for if there was any damages to the room. And when we check out they would refund it against the card. We knew nothing about this deposit nor did the front desk say anything. It was when we were talking to other guests and then checked our account that we saw the charge. Our room and bathroom was clean and our bedding was clean. The room itself was very dated and the carpeting definitely needs replaced. The room door was horrible. Was a wooden door and did not close good. So had to slam it to completely close it. We had to work at getting the bolt lock to lock. We never had to use the room key for either outside doors. You could just pull it and they opened up. We will NEVER stay there again.

Pool heater didn’t work but they were waiting on a part for it- spent swimming in the hot tub, water was warm but they could’ve had it warmer and it was VERY slippery in the pool area for adults and especially small children! Probably won’t stay here again.

Room was clean but very dated. Hallways and stairwell not clean. Ice machine didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool not heated.

Our room was cleanish. The furniture and carpets are in need of shampooing or replacement. The property is in need of updates. The breakfast was good and well maintained. The staff was friendly.

Nice gamimg lounge. Friendly staff. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress is sagging and worn from being used. Im sure its just old.

The pool's heater was broken

None of the electronic exterior door locks worked. The room was not in pristine condition, but they had the audacity to levy a $100.00 surcharge for "amenities" that might be damaged or stolen by the guests. The property has great potential but needs a serious attention to maintenance. In general, it's just run down and needs a serious up grade.

Catching a plane. Room was ok the room had a smell to it . I think it came from the stained rug.

Check in went good once we got to our room the wall paper was coming off of the walls when you looked at it closer the wall was covered in black mold the shower curtin rod was barely hanging on missing screws i would not stay there agian

A wonderful person checked me in. She stayed after her shift because there quite a few people checking in at that time. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain the best place for me to park my car, since I was leaving it there for 5 days. Both hotel employees took care of answering and taking care of a wake up call and arranging transportation to the airport. An excellent breakfast. Looking forward to returning to the hotel again.

The beds were small and the room was pretty outdated. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The pool room was freezing cold! The hot tub was luke warm and 2 of the jets did not work, while the other 2 barely blew. The pool was absolutely filthy to the point you could see the dirt all over the bottom of the pool. The spa pool was also filthy!
