Quality Inn Bismarck I-94

Room was old but clean. Bed comfortable. Electrical outlet at nightstand needed replacement. We could not use our C-Paps! AC didn't work. Windows looks into indoor pool, so made the room very noisy till late at night.

Staff was great!! Rooms are not so good, carpets are stained, lights in the first room didnt work, the room we got moved to was better but still stained up carpet, dogs off leash in and out of building, drunks/druggies all iver the place, but the beds are comfortable, and the staff is great

Has great bar inside. Friendly bartenders. One Hot tub has been broken for sometime.

It does not support the rating on the website. It very misleading. A lot of stains on carpet and chair are dirty and worn out. Very bad condition. Not happy.

They charged me $160 on my debit card, that was not the Orbitz price. Can you look into this and get me a refund?

The beds were OK. AC wasn't working well enough to cool down adequately. Housekeeping was slip shod. I was a housekeeping manager for a hospital so I am probably pickier than most, but this was poor. Public restrooms smelled like urine, toilet stall doors kicked in, lights burnt out. Desk staff on check in on Friday 7/18 were slllloooowww and not attentive. I stay at Comfort Inns when I can. Most experiences are good and I don't expect 5 star accomodations. My expectations for this one in Bismarck were pretty high...but it was more like Memphis. Just dirty. It's a lot of little things that add up. Drop celing grid was rusty, floor heaters were riusty, microwave in breakfast room was out of order. This is in tremendous need of an update and the staff needs to be drilled on presenting a competent and customer pleasing demeanor. That said, Steph at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful on our last day there.

Friendly staff, with drink coupons for the lounge. Nice room, Good value.

Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, sheets were clean. There is not much parking space, however.

An older place with potential. Could use prime paint and a good carpet cleaning. Our non-smoking room smelled of old stale smoke, and the carpets were filthy. Having a restaurant/bar on site was nice. Breakfast room was updated and nicer, and the food options were good.

Hotel is a bit old, could use a refresh. But just a quick stop for me, so good for my purposes

It was good ! It needs some updating! The staff which did check in was excellent though!

Much more run down than expected. Ice maker did not work and no curtains on windows. Just sheets.

first room tv did not work moved to a new room during nite it rain ed and ceiling leaked. locks on outside doors taped so they stayed open
