Will never stay there again. We were 1 hour before checkin and adked for early check in. There were approx 3 cars in the parking lot of this 3 story motel. We were told it would be a $25 fee...or if we would join their rewards program (email address) they would wave the fee. This was unnecessary. The room was simple and dated. The 1st morning we awoke @630 with alarms in the hallway. We dressed and met a man in the hallway that said we had to evacuate, so went outside to the car and waited. In the area next to parking lot we watched several people wandering around lookong for stuff on the ground. We were told by pur son the the adjacent motel housed the homeless. There was no security measures to enter the motel and anyone could enter and get on the elevator unnoticed as the front desk is around the corner. After we were given ok to reenter we checked out the breakfast.....watered down orange juice, stale cereal, cold danish and overripe bananas. The waffle maker did not heat up and no microwave to heat up anything. That night when we returned from dinner there was some shady looking activity going on in the parking lot. We locked the car and hurried into motel elevator ( again no lock on door). We observed many homeless people wandering around the property. The next day we ran out of coffee in our room and were told there was none it would be in the next day. Housekeeping came to room to clean and indicated we were checking out (no english).

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Ac/heat in room didn’t work, bedding did not seem clean just seemed like they reused the same sheets and blankets. Seemed like very little care is given from the cleaning staff.

First off we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Beds unmade and dirty bathroom. Obviously we were not accepting that. Back to front desk. It took him a long time to locate another room. All we wanted was a room with two beds. Room we eventually were given had two burned out light bulbs and the door had no security lock. We placed furniture in front of door to feel safer. Carpet was also very dirty. It was late for us, and we did not want to wait for him to locate us another room so we chose to try to sleep there. Sad to say it was an uncomfortable experience. We did make front desk aware when checking out.

The heating unit in the room had been cranked up so high prior to our arrival that we felt like we were in an oven. We immediately put the cooling setting on but it did absolutely nothing. We kept wishfully thinking that the room would cool down and we’re exhausted from our long drive that we tried our best to sleep while feeling like we were suffocating. My son said that he felt lightheaded so I tried to call the front desk to see if they had another room but there was no answer. I tried contacting the hotel through email as well and got no response. I spoke to the kind and friendly lady at the front desk in the morning and she said that she would put a work order in. By the second night of our stay the room finally cooled down. Another issue was the breakfast- these were the only breakfast options: 2 types of cereal fruit loops & Raisin Bran, apples, yogurt cups and instant oatmeal packs. Waffle batter to make your own waffle. The coffee was completely watered down- it looked like tea. No toast, bagels, eggs, bacon.. none of the things you normally get at hotels like this. We paid $425 for the 2 nights and it seemed incredibly steep for what we got. 1 night without sleep and pretty mediocre breakfast options. The only saving grace of this place was the friendly gentleman that checked us in and friendly women that was there during both days.

The hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and well supplied. The front desk staff were friendly. Our only complaint is the heat in the rooms had been calibrated to one temperature which was way too hot. The only way we could get any relief was to just turn the unit off. We asked the front desk about this and were told it was because of some recent repairs and until they were finished there was nothing that could be done. So basically you had your choice to roast alive or freeze to death. This should have been made jnown when we checked into the hotel. We spent an extremely miserable night. We were in town because i had surgery the next morning and needed rest but i got absolutely none. This was a very disappointing stay given the price we paid

Stayed here before. But this stay our first eoom wouldnt open. We tried multiple times then the front desk person tried. Got a diffrent room and this one wouldnt open. It toom us hitting the door to open it. We ended up accidentally sleeping passed checkout time. And wothout checking in or calling us first. A women came up banging in the door. We responded and she kept knocking. When my spouse amswered the door she barged in. I was still in bed. She screamed at us for how inconvenient it was to her and the house keepers and rhe person who will check in next that we werent gone. Mind you it was 30 minutes passed check out. We apologized for sleeping in and that we didnt mean to. She asked us why and said she didnt care and said we had 15 minutes to leave and we were going on the list for not being able to stay there.

No amenities. It’s a motel. The door to our room didn’t open all the way. It’s a cheap option with decent beds. I knew I was signing up for a cheap hotel for a night, but expected a bit more than this. Breakfast had nothing but coffee and juice plus a make your own waffle maker which wasn’t set up. Cheap, but don’t expect much.

It was not a very good place to stay. Ceiling had leak spots, they didnt shovel the walkway very good, oranges were bad. One guy said the cereal was stale. Coffee looked like it had been there from the day before. The bathroom was so small.

Due to cold temperatures, the lock for the door didn't work well, but because this hotel is in Vermont, doors that open to the outside using a magnetic key are not a good idea. We had to go to the front desk 2 times after checking in because we couldn't get the door to our room open. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The desk clerk was away from the desk for long periods - we had to call the front desk on our cell phone in order to reach him. The heating system was poor. The water pressure was inversely proportional to temperature - more pressure with cold water, less pressure with hot water. The breakfast was so poor we ate elsewhere - we couldn't find utensils or cups for hot coffee, and the only hot option was to make a waffle on the one machine there. The best part about our stay was the Mexican restaurant across the street that we could walk to for dinner, and it was not connected to the hotel in any way.

They were having problems with their heating units and when we arrived to the room it was over 100 degrees and the heat was running, It was very uncomfortable. We asked for a room change and they said the rooms were having issues. They told us to leave the door open and they gave us a 6 inch fan to help blow the air. Breakfast was not great either. The breakfast was very limited and not really appatizing at all.
