We had to stay overnight and found a room close to the airport. It has convenient shuttle to the airport. We just forgot to ask if we could take shuttle from airport to hotel.

It took me over one hour to get a hold of someone for the airport shuttle. The line was busy and nonstop or the call wouldn’t even go through in the first place. I had to call the reservations desk for them to get a hold of the staff. They kept trying to blame it on me absolutely rude. Front desk, staff lied to the manager, saying I hung up on them absolutely not true. Room was what I would expect for the price.

Was charged for two nights, only stayed 1 night. Expedia called the hotel and talked with them. At check out was told everything was understood. Then got charged for a extra night.

The receptionist when we went to drop my sister off the airport she checked me out. And I clearly told them when we check in hours before the one left was my sister not me, so the room key didn’t worked, and she was sleep in the desk. :/ then they resolved me, but I think the customer service can be better

Checking in was a breeze and our room was on the ground floor. Alas, we did not realize that we would be on the direct landing path of the planes at DFW. The planes went on for hours and our sleep was mostly nonexistent. The sheer drapes were so old that they had disintegrated with long tares in them. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was mainly clean but still had signs of black mold. The only good thing was the ability to get the airport shuttle. We will not be staying there again.

This property was horrible. It looked like an old crack hotel that they tried to fix but the repairs looked like a preschool class did them. The van that picked us up at the airport looked like it had been in a demolition derby.
