It took about 1 hour to comunicate to front desk to have the shuttle pick us up...I arrived at 840 and got to the hotel at eleven.. next time ai.will take an.uber...
Their option to.comunicate to the front desl doesnt work.

I'll begin by saying that the staff were lovely. Kind and professional. Aside from that, the first room we were given smelled very bad and was the smallest room I've ever seen, with just enough to walk around the bed. The second was bigger but the bathroom door wouldn't close and the a/c didn't work. The furniture looked like it was purchased at a flea market. The towels were dirty and the shower extremely slippery.

I need to check in early on the first day. Before coming, one staff member informed me that this hotel would charge $15 dollars for early-in. But when I was on the site, I paid $30.
Except from the above, all others for my two nights staying were all Okay.
