I like that my room was on the first floor,but, there was dirty linen carts right outside my room. Otherwise, the room itself, and the staff were very nice.

I was charged at this hotel the same night were I didn’t stay here either. I asked this hotel to cancel and they didn’t and I was charged too .

Easy check-in, easy parking, clean room.
Being that its' winter, the heat should have been turned on in the room. It was like stepping into a freezer. Couldn't get comfortable because it was so cold in the room. The heater in the room took an extremely long time to heat the room. It was barely warm after about 90 minutes. The bathroom didn't have any heat or hot water.
It took almost all night to take the chill off the bathroom. The shower water was not even luke warm. It was awful! The water in the faucet was just a tad bit warmer than the shower. I did report it to the front desk in the morning but they really couldn't do anything. They had to wait for a plumber.

I am very picky when it comes to me laying my head somewhere that’s not my own home. I really like this room BUT there was NO hot warm and the heater was very very loud. Other then that I like the room

They secretly charge $10 per day for parking, but it’s not listed when you book the room . They charge an additional $100 holding fee on the room. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in in my 40 years of travel, old dilapidated furniture.
