Wash clothes was dirty when we got to the room and gave us a handicap room so taking a shower was hard since the shower head wouldn't stay up

Low income housing not a hotel

The room I signed up for had a Jacuzzi tub in one of the pictures. right in the bedroom. I was disappointed when there was no Jacuzzi to enjoy. It was too late at night to go down and complain. The decor is a little dated, could us some charging ports in the room, more than just the plugs that go in the lights. Otherwise the price point was fine. the staff that checked me in were delightful.

The facility was clean, beds were ok , no coffee available in the morning breakfast or staff. TV remote battery was low

Was looking for a budget friendly motel in the Grand Rapids area, this fit the bill, was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located.

Customer Service was wonderful. The hot tub needs a LOT of care. People were literally urinating in the hot tub in front of others. The jets were broken. They put out some pool towels at the beginning of the day, then that's it. If you don't get a towel at breakfast, you likely won't get one later. The breakfast served was OK. The interior was dark and extremely dated. The parking lot was clean. The area seemed safe.

This is a classic, aging chain-hotel. I knew that going in, I selected this particular hotel because I like how the pools are laid out on the older quality inns, it’s nice for my kids. The room was fairly updated and fairly clean, although there were a few things that were frustrating like a hair stuck to the blow dryer and the coffee pot being too dirty to use. But the bathtub and toilet and bed were all clean. I thought the pool area could’ve been cleaner and in better repair. But we were able to use it. the front desk staff were very nice. The outside of the hotel looks kind of rough.
