Quality Inn Huron

check in was awkward as they didn't speak my language. room was not that clean. tv wouldn't turn on properly, and phone didn't work so i had to call front desk on my cell. no hot water the next day. i think there was more but don't remember i was not happy

It was a nice room had space to move was able to bring my fur baby. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable

A huge language barrier! Only served breakfast from 6-9, didn’t work on DST

We have no complaints. The staff were very accommodating and nice and I have enjoyed the dining area with the fireplace and nice breakfast selection and appreciate the affordable cost.

The staff were wonderful, so accommodating and the breakfast we really enjoyed the atmosphere the fireplace and, just overall rooms, everything was very nice beds and we appreciate that it was a good price.

Easy to access room.

Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Lots of juvenile foreigners hanging around the hallways and stairways and making noise all night. I complained and got no help. Room was not very clean. Hair and who knows what on the bathroom floor. Would not reccomend staying here.

Upon walking into our room the entry tile was dirty, went to the front desk and asked to have it cleaned, was informed that housekeeping was done for the day but could get me a different room. I requested to see it first, the front desk person gave me a key to check the other room out...same issue, the tile was dirty when I waked in the door and this room has a odor...opted to stay with the 1st room. Went back to the front desk to request a broom so I could sweep the floor myself, did not want my children walking thru it. The guy at the front desk then said he would come clean it himself. Happy the issue was taken care of but it should have never been an issue and should have been clean. The next morning when I went to shower, I pulled the shower curtain out and previous peoples body hair was in the tub area where the shower curtain was tucked into...never noticed the night before since I never pulled out the curtain. Lesson learned, will now be checking that.

The property was in need of maintenance and updating. Continental breakfast was very basic.

It's a very decent hotel for the price. Our room was clean. If you are a female traveling alone I would recommend requesting a room on the front side of the hotel.

Decent Hotel for a small town, definitely hard to communicate with the desk staff, we needed to make some room changes, and they could not understand English, by the time we got something figured out, there was an additional $10 charge, that I was ok with, but they couldn't make change for a $20 bill

This is the ideal place to stay in Huron. If you're looking for a comfortable bed, a clean room, and all your basic needs, this place is a hidden gem. Keep up the good work and maintain the great condition of this property
