The bedroom was not cleaned. You can see the accumulated dirt all over the room and bathroom floors. The walls were dusty and the window nwar the AC unit was also nit cleaned in a while.

I could not check in due to third party booking. My mother booked the room for me, not knowing about cash deposit, or other amenities if not placed on card. I did not have cash to put down. I am homeless, she was booking the room due to upcoming snowstorm in the area. Did not check in.

The staff stares at you and acts like you are not supposed to eat the breakfast they are rude and talk about u behind your back they are not friendly other than that the room was nice bed was super comfortable but we seen roaches also

This was the cleanest Quality Inn I have ever stayed in. The staff was courteous and informative. The room was clean and the bed and pillows outstandingly comfortable! I was impressed with the variety and tastiness of the complimentary breakfasts. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back myself! Great job!

Staff at Quality Inn in Jacksonville NC are very nice, unlike a few other hotels in area. Hotel has remodled, nice amenities, free breakfast. Here for a long time for work. And of all the hotels. This one is best overall for price, and good staff, cant beat it.
