Everything was good overall, but the cable was out in the rooms and the side door would not allow re-entry. Cable was fixed by the 2nd night, but the door never was.

Our hotel stay was awful. Walked into the room, first thing we see are roaches on the wall. Floors were filthy. I took a pic of the bottom of my socks because they are black by walking on the floor. Towels were see through in spots from wear and tear. Again I. Have piictures. Sheets on bed were dirty. Ice machine did not work.. I could go on and on but this was by far the worst experience I have had in a hotel!

They need to invest in humidifiers. The room we stayed in was horrible. Had mold, felt sticky, and smelled weird.

TV did not work.

The room was supposed to be non smoking, it smelled awful upon entry, dope and cigarette odor, my wife and I had to spray and light candles to help with room odor

Michelle at the front desk is such a kind person. She is an excellent representative for Quality Inn.

Bed was hard, room had odor, walls were paper thin, could hear people talking in other rooms and hallway. A lot of disrepair in bathroom, hallway and ceiling of bedroom. Clerk never answered phone when we called, but was there when i went down. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Floor in our room was slippery. Breakfast had overcooked eggs. Lobby had odor when we arrived. Internet password wouldn't work and TV was losing signal in room and lobby. After all that, i was going to give a poor rating , but i think terrible would be more appropriate. I don't know who would ever give this a good rating.

Always a great experience at this hotel, but the bathroom was not so clean and the pool wasn’t clean as well and we were looking forward to taking a swim in the pool,but couldn’t. When I received clean towels I received a towel that looked like it had a blood stain on it.The elevator was broke the entire weekend and there were a lot of elderly people there this weekend.Overall the breakfast was GREAT! The staff were AMAZING!!

My only complaint is the refrigerator needs to be defrosted. It is barely below room temperature.

The elevator was broken, our room on the 2nd floor was awful and the ice machine didn't work. Moved to 3rd floor (still no elevator) which was better. Went downstairs for more towels, they told us we had to bring our used towels down to laundry before we could get more. Don't think I'd stay there again.

We had roaches in our room, notified the front desk, were told to email head of house keeping, didn’t receive a response from anyone in the hotel till 3 days later when I reached out to hotels.com and then they only offered a deep clean of the room. Wouldn’t give a us a different room or a refund. They only cleaned our room 5 times out of a 17 night stay. Majority of the staff were extremely rude. When i tried to raise my concerns to the front desk they were extremely rude, offered no help or solutions other than to check out that morning 1 hour later. We couldn’t check out though, it was our only option for a stay. The amount of roaches in our room and around the hotel is disgusting. The health department will be notified.

Did not like the elevators went out overnight with my disabled Aunt with me on the 3rd floor. If they were having troubles with the elevators when I checked in I would have liked to know in advance and could have preferred the bottom floor. We as patrons would have liked to be given a notice of some sort or any sort that the elevators were not working.

Everything from the rusty dirty room to the hard overcooked breakfast to the rude front desk was terrible! Not only did the hotel itself not help but Expedia didn’t even try! Rust everywhere, pee on the beds, torn covers, everything was DIRTY! Definitely will never spend another dime with them nor Expedia. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have photos but of course they won’t you upload. No worries the health department has been called. Last time I checked rust ESPECIALLY THIS MUCH RUST is DANGEROUS! Save your time and money. Go somewhere they appreciate your stay!

It was not clean,,, a lot of thing were rusty,, the staff was rude, as we were there for a funeral we had meet some family we haven’t seen in years in the lobby and was told we were talking loud and could not sit in lobby!

I arrived about 45 minutes before check-in time and I was going to be charged a fee to check in early and decided not to. Once I did get checked in and got my belongings in the room I left and came back and noticed that the door didn't shut very well and when I went downstairs and mentioned it to the person at the front desk they blew it off as I don't have any more king size beds and I asked if the door could be fixed but never had anyone come to investigate it. I fixed the door by myself and although I've stayed here several times in the past I may not be returning

Roaches everywhere

Counter person was polite and helpful with changing my room, but the condition was not better. Floors and countertops were sticky to the touch.

Quality inn

Tv did not seem to work but it was late so I did not care. Also the smoke alarm was loose from the holder. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

This was THE WORST Chouce accommodation I have Ever stayed in.
