It was awful and Quality Inn need to have this location shutdown, even if it's independently own. Be careful we're not no $$$ hungry, we sell to any entity. Where have America gone???? I had to buy cleaning and bug spray in order to stay. Found bugs in the bed. Had to track someone down to get towels which were stained badly. No type of professionalism!!! You could tell they just pocketed the $$ and no consideration/customer services for the customers. The management was rude. The place was just nasty, and the breakfast was nasty. I normally, overlook small things since it's not my home but this have been one of the worst experiences I've ever seen, my door had cracks so large, I could see the bugs coming in. Just think, we had to pay for this in advance. The bath faucet had roaches coming out. If I could have afforded, I would have moved, but I had already paid over $500.+. I am praying for this location and hope something gets done. Never again!!!! I won't stay at another Quality Inn 'anywhere'

We had to put a towel on the floor for the bottom of the door because bugs would come in. We killed two baby cockroaches. The air conditioning unit was loud. The tub was a not so pleasant sight. The fridge had so much ice buildup it was ridiculous. The coffee option was plain black because there was no creamer or sugar. The bed was very uncomfortable. When you walk into the room it looked promising, newer, updated, but if I have to go back to Memphis I won’t be staying there.

When we walked into the room there was dead roaches everywhere and the towel had hair in it that wasn’t ours . Do not stay here just because of the price . The pictures they show do not match the rooms

Well where do i begin, first room door broke so they put us in another room the carpet was so nasty and sticky, blow dryer didnt work didnt have iron ... bugs in tub ....toilet leaking in floor. Then on top of that the elevator didnt work . Didnt have jacuzzi in the suite either ! Very disappointing 😞

this place is nowhere near downtown and is rundown. girl on reception was pleasant but that's where it ended. we were accosted by a young lad selling stolen goods, lift not working, no pool in use. Did not feel safe and would have slept in car, but had to book another hotel in the "real" downtown. Did find out that this hotel is for long stay people whatever that means.

Location looked nothing like the Expedia photo and described as "Downtown" is misleading. Room was decent, but carpet was extremely sticky. Toilet pipe was stuffed around with newspaper. Room also smelled a bit musty and a number of areas had dust/dirt accumulations.

The property was over ran with people who lived there along with a plethora of dogs and cats. I left the room immediately after seeing bugs and they will not give me a refund!

Work being done more construction than typical paint redo . Area was a historic section of city. Appears from my observation is in a revitalization. Many food delivery services won’t deliver to hotel.

It was horrible. I booked a room. I saw it on you all site. Looks like it’s glamorous. The rooms are nice and it comes with a pool and you get breakfast. It was a mess.

The atmosphere was terrible and noisy, due to a bad crowd which made me truly feel uncomfortable! Don’t even get me started on the swimming pool! The receptionist was nice and courteous, and the room was decent though. As far as the environment goes about that hotel in that area, Totally Not Recommendable!!!!
