I liked the first floor king bed rooms, they are located near the back, easy access from the back entrance, not too far to transport your luggage. Nice property, friendly staff.

Nothing. The property and the room itself was so dirty and moldy that I did not stay. The quality inn would not offer a refund but I left anyway and found another hotel. This Quality Inn was the worst I have ever been in.

If you like to see some amazing carpet, this is the hotel for you. The worst part was not having an elevator. Also the staff could have mentioned it or asked if it was an issue that there was no way to bring the luggage carts upstairs. The fridge did not work. The curtains were too short to cover the windows so the sunlight came in. It was a decent place but not worth the 8 star rating that others were giving it.

This property needs an update severely. No elevator available for the second floor. Luckily I didn't stay on the second floor. The fan in the bathroom was so noisy. I couldn't hear myself talk. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well. The bed was terrible.
But the staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating. Made up for the poor quality of the room.

Good location. Easy access from the highway. Electricity went off. Was not able to take a shower or watch the news. I know this was beyond their control but it made for an uncomfortable night and stay.

Nice. Staff excellent, very sweet. Room comfortable, knocked a point off because of hair in the bathtub but I don’t fault the hardworking staff. They do their best. The company should give them a small handvac to use especially for the tub.
