The bed was nice and comfortable but when I walk into the bathroom the tub is dirty and u see spiders and roaches and crickets on the floor dead that is disgusting and when I was checking in the white lady tells me they don’t serve people who are from Abilene and if she could refund me she would but she hope she doesn’t get in trouble because she giving me a room because I’m in Abilene this is unacceptable is it because I’m black ? And she kept huffing and puffing if that was the case maybe y’all need to put in the policy this hotel is only for travelers and maybe people would know I never heard anything like that and she was mad because she had to have her boss fix it the next morning and she was gonna get in trouble like honey please I’ll never come back to this hotel ever again .

We absolutely loved it there but next time we will get a room on the top floor and away from the coke and ice machines. Lol. But other than that the stay was 😃

it was to loud, the hotel is next to whataburger and they are constantly busy with traffic flow. i was woken up evey morning around 4 in morning by them dumping trash as well. that location is busy by the hotel

The place was pretty dirty, someone else hair was still in the sinks and the paint was chipping and the bathrooms smelled like old sewage and the air conditioning was the worst, the unit was super loud we could barely sleep and the tv had two remotes where only one could turn on the tv and volume and the other could only change the channels it was so confusing and the parking lot didn’t even have cameras so we were worried about our car because we were right next to a busy restaurant and the pillows were so flat I had three stacked on each other and it was still uncomfortable
