Love the staff here. Hotel is clean and friendly

I think the staff was great. The first night my toom smelled like gasoline. The second night was better. It is an older hotel so the furniture was dated and the room was missng baseboards in some areas. The remote did not turn off the TV and you had one remote for volume and the other to change the channels. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

There were highway workers loud and banging on the floors and doors all night

We always stay here when visiting family. It's so convenient and in good value. They do need to fix the white paint spots on the LVP floor in the bathroom, Otherwise the room is fine

Nice and clean

No hot water during our entire stay. We were not told this at check-in and didn’t find out till later the eating in the evening. Toilet took 15 minutes to fill each time and the seat was broken. Other than that, the room was fine and the breakfast was good.

It seems that they have cleaned this hotel up a bit. The front desk staff was very nice, I wish I had gotten her name to put her. She spoke everytime we walked by. Rooms were clean and comfie. The breakfast was great and the lady doing that was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a little noisy being on the floor with work crews staying at the hotel. Breakfast could have been better. Instead of scrambled eggs, one day they served hard boiled eggs for breakfast. No appreciated!

I enjoyed the first half of my stay at this establishment until there was a serious issue. And once the issue occurred, I gave them every opportunity to do something; anything, to show that they cared. Instead all I received was lip service. My family and I stayed in two rooms. My room had no issues. However, during the second night of our stay my daughter noticed a bed bug crawling across the mattress of one of the beds in her room. To make a long story short, the manager Brandon, told me the general manager Sherry would have to resolve the issue. She seemed sincere when I initially spoke to her on the phone, promising to approve any credit Expedia requested, because she wanted me to be satisfied with my stay. I really don’t know what changed once we got off of the phone, but I never received a credit. And when I followed up with her, she claimed that Expedia said I wanted a credit for my whole stay, and she hadn’t approved that. I told her that wasn’t the case. She then said her exterminator noticed no signs of bed bugs in that room. Not sure if that was the truth or not, but we showed the bed bug to an employee on the night in question and took pictures as well. I made it clear that I really just wanted some form of compensation for the inconvenience, for the room in question. No one was bitten, thankfully, but we had to change rooms and I also had the risk of taking bed bugs home with me. She said she understood, would follow up with me and never did. Truly unacceptable.

Our stay was perfect in every way except one. The hotel lobby was amazing & beautiful. We loved the layout. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean, comfy & nice. Better than we expected. This is one of the best Quality Inn's we have stayed in. We were here for nearly a week, loved it. One exception we didn't like was our first night, there were 6 stink bugs on the walls. I called front desk & reported it to her. She wanted to switch us to another room, but we said no. So I suggested if she could bring me a vacuum, we could get rid of them without killing them & leaving a smell. She brythe vacuum & I climbed on the couch, sucked 'em up & she took the vacuum away. Then each night after that we would find 1-2 more stink bugs. I just killed them. I'm not sure where they came from. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic. We assured her, we were ok with everything. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

the staff was friendly but were not prepared for the sports teams who spent the weekend as evidenced by the fact they ran out of breakfast.
