Quality Suites New Iberia

This hotel is horrible, the service is horrible, the breakfast was terrible. Holes in the wall, no smoke detector, not enough pillows for the 6 people in the suite. Do no stay here you’ll be disappointed

Safe, easy-to-access

Made a reservation a month before my trip. When I arrived they did not have my room and tried to give me a smaller room with one bed, but I needed two for my kids. After arguing with me they finally gave me a different double queen, but the pull out bed was filthy and rusty and broken. The room smelled awful, like old cigarettes, despite it saying it was a non-smoking room. The door lock was broken and loose, and the key cards didn't work half the time, requiring me to have to keep coming back to the desk.

The two ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly. However, the older gentleman was unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The pool area needs some updates, especially the hot tub, which was empty and could be a safety hazard. A negative experience staying here was the noisy night on March 20. Our next-door guest kept us up all night with loud music and singing. When I stepped outside my room to get closer to the next-door room, there was a strong smell like skunk. The next morning I found out that the person staying next to us was an employee. People staying in a hotel should be considerate of other guests. In my case, the employees as well as the managers should know that guests are more than likely looking for a hotel to rest and enjoy some quietness.

Reserved two full beds, got one king and a dingy couch. TV, phone, and vending machines didn’t work. Shower didn’t drain. Asked for bedding and got only a fitted sheet. Reported each issue as I discovered them—staff seemed uninterested. Definitely not the standard I expected.

I stayed 3 nights. This place is absolutely filthy. Dirty pool area and thepool water nasty. There isnt any breakfast nobody puts anything out to eat. Once its gone they dont restock the breakfast area. They dont sanity clean mop or dust anything in thewhole building. Dont stay here u will be disappointed.

Our room door lock did not work from the inside, the rolling chair at the desk had an arm that was broken, the shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, the toilet paper roll was missing, the bathroom mirror had several places where the silver had rubbed off, there was trash left in the hallway, the cleaning staff was cleaning a room next to us at midnight that woke us up. The property stated they have a hot breakfast from 6-9. We went down at 7:30 and the only thing available was bread for toast and some apples. There was cereal but no milk was available. The only good thing about this prolerty is that the Manager was very pleasant.

Do not be fooled by the pictures!!!! There was bed bugs in the room, the refrigerator was leaking with old melted food into the floor, there was no pillows for the bed, didn’t have a garbage can. My bank card was charged twice for payment. Do not recommend.

Shower curtain in the restroom was old and torn. Door on the cabinet was broken, cups in the restroom were already open. Air conditioner was not cold, no iron table and the iron was chained to the holder not in the wall. Actual was nothing like the pictures on the site.

Room was real dusty. Low water pressure in the shower. Pillows were not comfortable, but the bed was decent. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. Other than the dust the room was clean.

Property was outdated, dirty, and damaged. Sheets were even stained.

The room was clean. Outside area is over grown. Exterior needs cleaning and painting. Bathroom toilet was loose and door knob was loose. A/C wire hanging out and no plug cover. One broken lamp. The breakfast had two old eggs, no bacon or sausage.

Staff was friendly but my room was not clean up on arrival the toilet had hair and stains on it.

The Core Team and I stayed her on march 22 for my conference and the conference room and core teams room was clean . The manager brandi is very orofessional and accommodat d me and my team in excellence manner. We will be booking again.

We stayed 3 nights and they never came in to empty trash or give fresh towels. Breakfast is basic continental, best go to Waffle House across street for breakfast or there’s McDonald’s nearby.
