Very quiet and nice staff!

I was located in room 113 right beside the laundry room for two nights. In the laundry room there were two homeless people staying there. They were up all night and would leave the room to go outside in front of my door to smoke and not just cigaretts. They asked me several times over the two days for money. I tried to call the front desk several times and there was no answer. I felt very unsafe and couldn't sleep. The blankets on the bed are very old and warn. They were not very warm. The room smelled musty and was extreamly cold.

Great place great price

This is my go to place to stay when i go to Bangor. I love that it is easy to get to, very clean, value for the cost and convenient for the different places i go shopping. I recommend Queen City Inn.

My mom, myself and my son's gf stayed here 1 night and we all came home with big bites on us!!! Dirty, very dirty, carpet stained, hair still in bathtub, floors filthy we kept our shoes on. Something on sheets. Pillows are rock hard, bed uncomfortable

It was what I expected for 100 bucks is actually better shape than what I was expecting. It was way better than the vacation land in Brewer was about the same money.

Old dirty motel. Not suitable for family travel

The bathroom sink was cracked and there was a hole in the ceiling. Thebeds were super comfortable.

Highway traffic noice like it was in next room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Better value than other hotels in the area, Breakfast was decent but limited space made for people waiting to access IE toaster ,seating area was cramped and could use more seating.

I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in but otherwise, everything was great.

Bathroom was not clean

This was a good place but the housekeeping service was terrible. Around 10 am, a man was knocking on the door, extremely hard. He wanted to clean understandable but we were not ready to go yet since we booked a 2 night stay, i told him to come back in 10 min that will give us time to dress up, but no this guys did not speak English and then i tried to tell him in French and nothing, i don’t know where they imported him from, but it was terrible he kept pointing at the garbage bin and took it as it was right there, then pushed open the door came in our room and started knocking on the bathroom, my husband was in there and this guy just took some towels that were hanging that we used and went out, it was if he wanted to get things done quickly, i told him to come in 10 min again but he didn’t understand anything. Once he left my husband And I dressed up And we went out and told him to go ahead, he again picked up the same garbage bin he had just picked up and dumped emptiness into the larger bin without putting the bag in it. When we came back, at night, our bed was not made, we had to take all our electronics with us because he kept asking us if we were going to leave or something…. I think this hotel is good friendly good breakfast but please hire a better housekeeping staff that can speak the language.

Ok for a one-night stay if you’re on the road, affordable and close to the highway.

I will never stay here again. Room very dirty with sticky stuff on floor and crumbs everywhere. Lobby very dirty and was afraid to eat breakfast. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone and not worth price at all!!!
