Absolutely incredible! As soon as you walk in it’s just as pictured. The staff were so nice and friendly that I’m convinced it rubbed off on the guests 😂 everyone was so happy to be there including myself. Great stay, especially being attached to the mall, it was convenient and walkable.

It's good hotel to stay but the only thing that really bother me much are the doors you open it and it does slammed hard and loud by itself and even the neighbors room you can hear it so loud so instead of resting and trying to sleep you will hear a loud noise when the next door opens their doors.

The lobby area is beautiful, rooms are outdated, the view was terrible blocked by other building would be nice if at front desk they will let me know about it before getting into the room and be surprise. Definitely not up to the expectation.

Check in was easy. Busy and nobody was outside to help with parking directions so everyone was lined up on the street when we could have parked in the ramp first then checked in. The white table with red chairs in the landing is gross. Time to update. Dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned the best. Tables were dirty with past guests food.

Liked the check in , price was a little higher than most in the area, dont like the bathroom it doesnt have a nice counter to place the needs to get ready for the day, no cou ter space in bathroom at all, that was incovient

Radisson Blu was very accommodating. We really liked that it was connected to the MOA. You just walk through. They had a parking garage that you could park yourself for $24/ night or valet park it for you for $34/night.
