Was there for mall shopping and it was amazing everything was set up well and was eaay to find ur way around and the hotel staff was vry nice

Madeline made it easy to change our room when at the last minute my daughter decided she needed a pullout couch for a fort. The walk to the mall was easy and a comfortable temperature with the bridge. The room was clean, relaxing, and quiet at night considering how busy they were. The only issue my family had was with the restaurant. It seemed very over priced for the quality of food. The drinks seemed like it had alcohol splashed to the top but didn't give much alcohol content. I feel we would have been better off eating at a restaurant in the mall instead.

We really liked the close proximity to MOA, the upgrade charge for lounge/breakfast was a great option. Was disappointed in parking fee and the lack of communication on pool maintenance but was happy they were willing to provide a credit due to it not working.

Hotel is connected to the mall which is our primary reason for choosing to stay there. Rooms and hallways are getting a bit dirty and ran down, the hallway and room we had smelled musty. The pool are could not be enjoyed as several unattended teens were in there acting out. Also we waited a long while for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport upon arrival.

Property was perfect for us. We chose the hotel because we were going to Mall of America for 2 days to celebrate our son birthday. Being connected to the mall was a huge plus! The rooms were nice, you needed a keycard to get on the elevator, which is great for safety
The only issue is no microwave in the room.. but their was a shared one on the 3rd floor
