From the moment we pulled up,until the moment we left, the staff at the Radisson Blu was impeccable! We chose to valet our car and had the best and most secure 24/7 service and it was worth it!!!! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows really soft. Overall a nice and relaxing couples weekend! If you want a lux feel but you can afford? This is the place for you!

Louise who checked us in was very sweet and I had a great conversation with her. She was very helpful in keeping our 2 rooms close together. Also helpful with questions we had about parking and dining. I couldn’t have asked for a great check in I had with her. Property was great too!

I didn't like them just using 1 door to enter & exit the hotel, especially since they had a corporate event scheduled

Hotel could use some love. Great location for shopping at Mall of America. The onsite restaurant (including room service) was pretty awful. We received the wrong order for room service and they argued and argued with us about it rather than making it right. We went to the restaurant for breakfast the following morning and there was a hair in my fruit and my husband's meal was super bland. Great atmosphere, just really poor food for the price.

Hotel had a direct link to mall of America which was the primary reason for our stay. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was courteous but neither of our 2 rooms received maid service during our stay which we assume was included.

Parking was challenging as many spots available were reserved for valet parking and parking spaces in ramp very narrow. Hotel room had damaged, scratched surfaces, and no hand soap in the bathroom.

Rooms are always clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue is that they will close off the restaurant for holiday buffets and not allow you to dine and order from the menu. $50 pp isn’t feasible for families just wanting a quick breakfast.
