The price was amazing for free apps and drinks from 5-9 and then a free breakfast (with the executive room). We got all that for $500 cheaper than a standard room at the Marriott with no free offerings. Makes no sense why anyone would pick the marriott

Hotel could use some love. Great location for shopping at Mall of America. The onsite restaurant (including room service) was pretty awful. We received the wrong order for room service and they argued and argued with us about it rather than making it right. We went to the restaurant for breakfast the following morning and there was a hair in my fruit and my husband's meal was super bland. Great atmosphere, just really poor food for the price.

Hotel had a direct link to mall of America which was the primary reason for our stay. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff was courteous but neither of our 2 rooms received maid service during our stay which we assume was included.
