This hotel has one of the best customer services I’ve ever received from a 4star hotel. Specifically, their breakfast service was really great. I have dietary restrictions and the staff members were very enthusiastic and kindly assisted in adjusting their menu options and checking whether the cheese, butter, etc was kosher or not to accommodate for our halal diet! I will definitely bring my family back to this hotel the next time we are in Minnesota!!

We stayed on the executive floor and it was really nice to have a lounge just for that floor. The staff were really nice and friendly and the guy named Josh asked what brought us there and I said it was our honeymoon and he’s like oh congratulations and just wait one minute and then says ok so we’re gonna cover the cost of your parking for your stay so that was really cool and even the lady when we checked out said I hope your honeymoon was perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

A very strange setup for the shower. No door so water got everywhere and the head was on the ceiling. Bathroom had zero usable counter space.
