Great place to stay. We stay here every time we go!

The hotel was well run, staff were both helpful and friendly. They have the fastest elevators I have ever been on. No complaints on the hotel side. We loved the lay-out of the Restaurant, food was good, but arrived on the cool side. The Bar is lovely - when it is not full of screaming children - yelling to their parents at the next table, and the parents yelling back to them. I realize the hotel is host to lots of different organizations, age groups differ, etc. We had a drink in the bar mid afternoon - it was lovely. We returned after dinner, thinking we would have a drink before we went up to the room. The place was a war-zone. People talking so loudly, it hurt my ears. You could not sit next to your companion and converse. We turned around and left. Perhaps it is time to split the seating area into "general population" and another area for adults who are able to converse without screaming. Such a great Bar - good atmosphere, great staff, lots of good possibilities.

Great location if you plan on hanging around the mall. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only complaint was the mattress on the bed could use replacement. Never heard outside noise in room. Will stay again if going to be in this area

The coffee maker wasn’t working, but we improvised. Otherwise, everything else was excellent clean convenient safe good customer service.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a mini-vacation. We loved being able to come and go from the Mall of America.

Loved that the hotel is connected to the mall. Also helpful that we could jump on the tram for the baseball game!

We enjoyed our brief stay! It was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We wanted to explore Mall of American and we didnt even have to go outside in order to get there. The staff was helpful in moving our bags and the shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Soon as we got in our room I noticed our toilet was running. Someone was sent up quickly to fix it!! Being able to walk over and back from the mall was AWESOME!! Only complaint is they need to have a hot tub and also a microwave in the room....but other than that we loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this fine hotel. We were visiting Mall of America and the proximity of the hotel to MOA was the initial draw for us. The hotel was very friendly and cleanliness top notch.

Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Very happy to stay here.

It was a good time for all ages. The hotel hasn’t changed in many years so I assume it will upgrade fairly soon.

Everything was pretty good about our stay, but our room was a bit disappointing! Hair in the bathroom and the room looked worn and well used. Our beds/bedding were clean. The carpets were dirty outside our room as well! We have stayed at this hotel in the past, we did not experience rooms like this stay at all!

Everyone was nice but didn’t care for the housekeeper. She stated to her boss she cleaned my room. Not 1 day did she cleaned my room all she did was just changed the towels that’s all.

The staff was friendly and service was good. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and a nightly evening reception. The direct connection to Mall of America was convenient and appreciated. The only disappointment was the weak flow and low water pressure in the shower.
