I would stay again.

The only issue was an issue I caused but the staff wasn’t as helpful in resolving it as I would have liked. I accidentally made two reservations for the same night instead of for successive nights. The front desk checked us into one but said they couldn’t do anything to cancel the 2nd because it was thru a 3rd party (they said Expedia tho I showed her I didn’t book thru Expedia). Again … it’s my fault but I ended up tying up two rooms in an overbooked hotel that someone could have used … I didn’t call to cancel with Expedia because I didn’t even know where to start. I ended up booking an adjacent hotel for the following night.

Great restaurant, awesome room, loved having it connected to the Mall of America. Ease to get around and to the train to get downtown.

Accessibility and bar/restaurant were the main loves! Staff was friendly and fantastic! Easy to approach and always greeted us. Bed was decent. We slept good!

Very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radison Blu. The room was very clean, and comfortable, and the staff and sevice was excellent. My only complaint is the hotel is looking a bit sad. The carpet in our room was stained, and the famous red chairs were very stained, and in need of a good cleaning. This did not take away from our overall experience, and we would definitely return.

Valet and bellmen were very helpful. I would have liked to be offered a discounted or bundled breakfast. We booked a room with a king bed but were offered a queen

Loved that it was connected to Mall of America. Only negative the bathroom vanity so small no room for all our personal items—a design mistake—definitely not made by a woman.

The hotel was well run, staff were both helpful and friendly. They have the fastest elevators I have ever been on. No complaints on the hotel side. We loved the lay-out of the Restaurant, food was good, but arrived on the cool side. The Bar is lovely - when it is not full of screaming children - yelling to their parents at the next table, and the parents yelling back to them. I realize the hotel is host to lots of different organizations, age groups differ, etc. We had a drink in the bar mid afternoon - it was lovely. We returned after dinner, thinking we would have a drink before we went up to the room. The place was a war-zone. People talking so loudly, it hurt my ears. You could not sit next to your companion and converse. We turned around and left. Perhaps it is time to split the seating area into "general population" and another area for adults who are able to converse without screaming. Such a great Bar - good atmosphere, great staff, lots of good possibilities.

Great location if you plan on hanging around the mall. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only complaint was the mattress on the bed could use replacement. Never heard outside noise in room. Will stay again if going to be in this area

The coffee maker wasn’t working, but we improvised. Otherwise, everything else was excellent clean convenient safe good customer service.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a mini-vacation. We loved being able to come and go from the Mall of America.

Loved that the hotel is connected to the mall. Also helpful that we could jump on the tram for the baseball game!

We enjoyed our brief stay! It was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We wanted to explore Mall of American and we didnt even have to go outside in order to get there. The staff was helpful in moving our bags and the shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient. We would definitely stay again.
