Great place to stay if you want to be attached to MOA. Much more economical than JW Marriott and you don't miss anything important by saving some $$$. After all, isn't shopping the whole idea of a stay here.

This is a great place to stay. The shuttle from the airport is a Bonus. Noted that it OneLip runs like twice an hour so plan ahead. The front desk staff, great. The restaurant and bar, great food, solid choices, and although it’s super busy, they pay attention. Pool is a whole vibe. Didn’t have a minute to get my work out on but nice set up. Love that the key has to be present to let you on the floor. I am going to come back to do the rest of the things I didn’t get to and I will be staying at this property. Period. Worth every penny !!

The staff was terrific. They were accommodating and helpful. A special shout out to Tia at the front desk. She was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our stay was remarkable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Both of the front desk staff we encountered (at check in and check out) were not very friendly unfortunately. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was not soft enough for my taste, but my husband said it was ok. I didn’t care for the pillows either. The thing I loved most was that the hotel was connected to the mall. How convenient! We did some shopping and would go drop our bags off and continue shopping. We would stay here again, I just hope in the future the staff is more friendly and welcoming. We did not feel welcomed at all.

The service was good. The carpet in the room and hallways had stains and were visibly dirty. Bathroom was clean.

They need to replace chairs in rooms. Terrible wear!!

Tired to charge my card 136 dollars with out permission or telling me what the charges were for we had already paid for the room! While checking in guy at the desk asked for a card to be placed on filed never said anything about a 57 dollar charge then later that night they tried to charge me 136 after we already paid 206 for the room? I am not happy about not being told why I was being charged all of this there were people running up and down the halls all night screaming! We were in 639 and there were door slamming all night it was horrible.

Loved it

Everything around town was within a 30 minute Uber ride except for the Mall of America which is connected by walkway. So convenient with direct access to the mall, public transportation, a great restaurant and bar, and a free airport shuttle.

I don’t understand why you have to pay for parking

The hotel was not as I expected. The staff was great but our room had a smell to it.

Wonderful location next to Mall of America. I was so happy to stay here when I was visiting Mall of America. Very upscale, clean with friendly staff.
