The restaurant 360 had a terrible smell... like a garbage truck/dumpster. The whole building is very, very dated & run down (obviously built in 1970). Saggy ceiling sections buckled walls. Confusing elevator, but nice updated lobby.

We stayed 1 night. Room was clean the revolving restaurant on the top of the hotel was excellent. All prices on the menu were reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Pet friendly. Shocked at the filthy parking garage with lots of garbage and a dead pigeon! We couldn’t even let our puppy out near garage. 350 restaurant very dirty and unkept! Lots of dirty carpet. Only stayed one night.

Disappointed you couldn’t pay cash at the hotel, also the restaurant closes by9

Very nice hotel, great location and easy parking. Updated hotel rooms that are clean and nice staff and service.

All was good, but the bartender in the event space should pretend she likes her job.

Need more elevators. Waited too long as did others.

Our stay was great! Slept well hot water good, pool amazing, sauna wonderful but please but the bucket back in the sauna and post signs in wheee to fill and not use the pool water… please put extra trash bags in rooms as well as the tv guide and a clock radio would be cool thanks. Oh yes and the Bible need to be in the room to please !!! I’ll come back for sure! And recommend more so if I knew all that was coming along. Have a good one. God bless!

Could not have been more let down or disappointed. We have always wanted to stay at the Radisson in Duluth. We were so excited. It was an absolute let down. There was one hotel in Las Vegas I’ve never forgotten because of how rundown and discussing it was. This hotel was an instant flash back to that. There is absolutely no pride in this property what so ever and it could not be more obvious. The only thing this property has is its name which is actually should be an embarrassment. The property is dirty, run down, has no up keep, the bathtub had scum ring ontop of scum ring because it is so old, the carpet was wet, rags nailed on the ceiling covering up vents or something in the ceilings in the 360 lounge, wall paper peeling off, absolutely neglected and in disarray. There was kids hand prints on the glass in the elevator when we checked in and they were still there when we checked out. The elevator made noise it should not make and the floor in the 360 lounge made banging, squealing, squeezing sounds and was even jerking at times. Definitely not at all worth the money. Definitely econo lodge or motel 6 is in better and would have been clean. Telling everyone to not spend the money and stay there.

Staff were nice but for the price I paid I figured the place was a little nicer. The bathtub was dirty and so was the toilet. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The parking ramp is a total mess, big potholes and it was just plain scary pigeon city. The pool and hot tub were not available which sucked.I did like the spinning restaurant, I thought that was pretty cool.

Seems little outdated, needs some new carpet, and why is the toilet in the middle of the bathroom?

Love that they are pet friendly. The room so clean and that is most important- the hotel is tired … but it is kept clean all around but decor and furnishings are dated

Overall, it was a good experience. It is within walking distance of a bunch of cool areas to check out. My room was clean. The only downside is that I was staying in the attached wing next to the parking lot (not the main round building) and it is a little out dated/needs some updating.

I feel like it was a little cleaner last year; the pool was a little unkept and the hot tub was out of order… but most of all I was disappointed at the restaurant upstairs.. our waiter was amazing… but half the food was not available… we had to seat ourselves… and only 3 pple working… QR codes at the table is crazy… we are in town a few times a year watching our son play basketball at a local college… I think this might be our last visit

Used water bottle in our room, pool and hot tub “broken” old dated decor, musty smell.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was ordering breakfast the next morning. It was Saturday and supposedly open from 7-12. I called numerous times to order and was directed to leave a voicemail with my room number and I would receive a call back. Never received a call back at all.
