We enjoyed restaurant on 3 occasions. Food was great and staff was awesome. I felt the restaurant could have been cleaner. Needed vaccuming and walls looked like they had not been wiped down for a long time.

The staff was excellent any time I had an interaction with them. Super-friendly and willing to answer my questions or get what I needed. I love the fact that you don't come and clean and gather towels every day. This should be more common in hotels. The age of the hotel could be seen in little ways here and there but for the most part was clean and comfortable.

The elevators were not working properly, i am claustrophobic, so panick would set in when they wouldnt move. We were stuck on the 10th floor for 15 to 20min trying to get to the restaurant for breakfast. Only to find out once we finally got there that they were extremely understaffed. The staff that was working were doing a great job tho, just very far behind.

The staff was GREAT, VERY NICE! The cleanliness was not the best, there was dust on the base of the chair along with hot pink paint spatter. There was hair on the bathroom counter top, and the elevators appeared unkept. I wasnt expecting that out of a Radison.

I stayed at this property for nostalgic purposes only. Being there over the weekend brought back great memories. However, the glory days for this hotel are sadly over. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors. The carpet was dirty. No ventilation in the restrooms. Only 2 very slow/malfunctioning elevators. Clogged shower drain. Spotty television service. Finally, it was a super long check-in process.
