It was a good experience. The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was clean. The lobby was nicely decorated. Two things could be improved: 1) Our floor halls had a slight smell of cigarette smoke that we chalked that up to it being an old hotel — another floor’s hallway had little or no such odor, so it seems nothing that carpet replacement would not take care of. 2) We parked on the upper level of the nearby ramp, which seemed safe. The lower level was poorly lit, so we did not park there — lighting and security cameras with signs posted would give potential bad actors something to think about and make customers feel safer. Conclusion: Before staying at the Radisson, I had chatted with the hotel manager on the phone out of concern for the poor online reviews. Having now experienced the hotel, I felt the manager gave me an accurate, positive picture of the hotel. In particular he pointed out -- rightly in my opinion -- that many people conflate property cleanliness with property condition. To me, the propeprty was clean, and the condition (age) could be improved with small investment by the property owners. Nevertheless, I conclude that many online reviews were unfairly negative. In summary, we found it a pleasant experience, and we would book a stay at the Harborview again. Thank you for serving us with kindness.

Staff were nice but for the price I paid I figured the place was a little nicer. The bathtub was dirty and so was the toilet. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The parking ramp is a total mess, big potholes and it was just plain scary pigeon city. The pool and hot tub were not available which sucked.I did like the spinning restaurant, I thought that was pretty cool.

Overall, it was a good experience. It is within walking distance of a bunch of cool areas to check out. My room was clean. The only downside is that I was staying in the attached wing next to the parking lot (not the main round building) and it is a little out dated/needs some updating.

I feel like it was a little cleaner last year; the pool was a little unkept and the hot tub was out of order… but most of all I was disappointed at the restaurant upstairs.. our waiter was amazing… but half the food was not available… we had to seat ourselves… and only 3 pple working… QR codes at the table is crazy… we are in town a few times a year watching our son play basketball at a local college… I think this might be our last visit

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was ordering breakfast the next morning. It was Saturday and supposedly open from 7-12. I called numerous times to order and was directed to leave a voicemail with my room number and I would receive a call back. Never received a call back at all.

The hotel was clean but very outdated. The air conditioning was very loud. The TV reception was bad at times and I was told it was due to weather and we just needed to wait. I’m not an expert but it was sunny, little to no clouds and not windy. Parking was free but the lot was a little dirty and there were no signs telling you if it was a one way.

The hotel needs to be updated. You wait 5-7 minutes for one elevator. The hotel has 13 floors. The office chair in our room needed to be thrown out. It was ripped and the stuffing of the chair was showing. The first night I got into bed my upper part of my feet began to itch. I didn’t think anything of it. The second night got under the comforter and again my upper feet began to itch. I looked at feet and I had red round bites. I would call them bed bugs bites. I began to strip the bedding and when I got to the mattress cover there was several stains. I called down to get cleaning bedding. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This is a 1-star hotel disguised as a 3-star. The beds were fine, but the bathroom was in an advanced state of decay. The fan didn’t work, the roof is actively peeling off, and our bathtub barely drained. When we arrived we saw a long hair in the tub. There’s a general sense of malaise. 2 slow elevators service 15 floors of guests. Our check in person never smiled or even made eye contact. The upstairs rotating restaurant was neat, but expensive. The waffles were legitimately delicious. The pool was just kinda meh. The hot tub was out of service because of course it was. This venue needs some love.

Parking is a disaster. You end up driving around in tiny lots looking for a spot only to give up and use the lot across the street. The elevators are constantly full. Hot tub out of service. Pool area generally gross. Rooms are tiny. Rotating restaurant on top is interesting and had great food. Bathroom tiny. Easy to find dirty crevices. Water pressure incredibly good. View was not bad besides homeless people milling around all day and night (liberal city). Overall massively overpriced IMO.
