Dirty Hair in shower Tub would not drain No breakfast Unprofessional front desk Had to ask for towels. Didnt bring what was asked. Ice from ice machine smelled foul TV remote would not work

Staff was very friendly! Location/hotel itself just wasn’t as expected. Been to nicer places but still wouldn’t consider this a bad stay at all!

The bed had stuff all over it and stained. Shower spot didnt look cleaned at all.

The hotel need a facelift. I'll stay there 4 days and I move rooms because the bathroom doesn't works the toilet overflowed, and I didn't do anything to accommodate me. So I would never stay here again

The sitting area overlooking the river is nice. All balconies are fake. No stepping out of your room to look at the river. The have stepped up the cleaning of this hotel from my last stay 3 years ago.

Right in the river and close to accommodations

Kind of run down area but a 10 dollar uber ride to downtown gr. Over all worth the cheap price

Very outdated hotel. Nothing within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were pretty nice

I had no issues with the room other than there were no towels or washcloths (which I discovered when I was in the shower) and the coffee service was four cups of decaff but no caffeinated coffee.

Hotel did not feel clean. Pool was disgusting. There was no coffee pot in our room, even though they were supposed to be.

The room had not been vacuumed. The garbage from the floor was pushed in between the ned and nightstand. It was also pushed behind a chair in the corner. We took pictures. It made us wonder if the sheets on the bed were clean or the bathroom wiped down. Our room was " river view" that consisted of seeing 3/4 hotel roof and a corner of water. Terrible!!! Will NOT stay again!!

Oh my goodness- after our original stay that we rated good we continued this with another 6 days. If the service had been better I would have continued to rate this as good, however, despite having asked almost every day, our room was only serviced on the morning of the last night of our stay, and that was only because I ended up speaking to the manager and complaining about the appalling lack of service and ignored requests for toilet roll, towels, bins to be emptied. We ended up piling rubbish and dirty towels outside the room in the hope a hint would be taken. If you are staying for one or two nights you will be fine, but if you are staying for any length of time good luck!

Great location

Very convenient location. Ice cold AC. Coffee and water bar available in the lobby. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Easy in and out. Pleasant stay in a fully booked hotel.

No breakfast or dinner or lounge

I waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and I was the only person in the lobby the whole time, which felt way too long for 9:30 at night. It seemed like there was only one person working in the entire hotel. When he finally showed up he was nice and efficient, but they really need more than one person on staff. The rooms are very run down and mine smelled like smoke. I was too tired to complain or switch rooms. The shower didn’t drain properly. Overall the place felt neglected and could use some investment and care. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The river view pool and river deck was very nice and peaceful

Missing bathroom light bulb, shower/tub not working correctly.

Great stay! Room had everything we needed would definitely stay again!
