There was construction going on so they got rid of all their cots we had to have children sleep on the floor! Carpets were filthy, tub was dirty when. We got there and the overall ambiance of the hotel was dark and dingy. Even the upgraded portion wasn’t anything fancy. Not worth $200 a night. The desk people were extremely unaccomidating when they didn’t have cots she didn’t offer a solution I had to call back and ask for blankets and pillows for the floor. Staff was rude. Pool and jacuzzi was the only highlight but construction was happening right next to it. At least give a discount during that time!

Good hotel and front desk service. We booked an accessible room, but when we got to the room, it definitely was not accessible. Went back to the desk and they immediately found an appropriate room. Beds were comfy and shower adequate.

I just wish it would have said it was under construction for the price we paid for the stay it really isn’t worth it. Staff is beyond friendly though which is why a 5 star on service. Maybe they should precaution guests in advance. No breakfast ice machines were too far rooms look worn down and sheets had some stains but we were to exhausted to even say anything due to the long drive and softball Tornament weekend

I entered the room which smelled of garbage and stale cigarettes. Carpet was absolutely filthy and linens were stained. AC broken, fridge broken. Zero care by staff. I had to leave for honest fear of health. I’ve never seen a hotel this gross. Luckily hotels.com called the hotel and refunded me.

We reserved 2 rooms and one of the rooms had NO A/C. I called and notified the front desk and it took 2 calls for someone to come up and without even inspecting the thermostat or whatever, they brought an electric fan. Both rooms showers hardly had a water pressure. Our rooms were overlooking the swimming pool and there were people still there past 12 with no consideration of people trying to rest. The hallway carpet had a bad smell like maybe mildew, or carpets not dry after cleaning or smoke. I feel they should have at least offered a discount or smoking for a non-working A/C specially with the hot weather.

Had to pay so much extra because I had two little dogs, and the room we received was terrible. So many stains all over the carpet and drapes. Had a big wet spot on the carpet, and when we told them about the wet spot, they said it was probably from “wet towels”. Will never stay there again.

The property is heavily under construction. Rooms and furniture are definitely older. The carpeting in my room was badly stained throughout the room but other than that, it's clean. Easy parking and I like that the rooms are spacious and have a good size mini fridge.

Unfortunately, there was a renovation taking place throughout the hotel; however, our section was not updated. There were some rowdy guests throughout the night and one of them was singing, called the front desk and they took care of it. The elevator needs to be maintained when you select up or down the lighted arrow will show a different direction. As for getting ice, you have travel to a different floor to retrieve ice there is no ice machines on the same floor.

Was not aware hotel was under renovation and there where no amenities. We chose this hotel because of its location. Several of us stayed there and where looking forward to the amenities that as advertised hotel offered. Inquired at front desk, they where not helpful, exposed wires in hallway, room dark dinghy and dirty, smelled like something was burning. Very disappointed.

Arrived to the hotel to find out it was under construction.When booking the hotel or looking online nowhere does it say anything about being under construction. Bar area and restaurant was closed. They did have a makeshift restaurant that was open certain hours. Room floor had stains all over. The ceiling in the restroom was rusted and the part where the shower head is was coming off. When walking through the hallways there were multiple wires exposed and hanging from the ceiling’s . Cleanliness wasn’t the greatest at this hotel.

Overall bad experience my plus one had to leave because the room did not have AC, it had an AC unit but would not turn on we assumed bc of the renovations but once we called we were informed it had nothing to do with that they said be we were just staying one night we could be given a partial credit for the inconvenience but the inconvenience was we could not sleep in the room bc it was too hot even without blankets it was in bearable to the point we had to leave so this became a solo trip unfortunately.

Ugliest Radisson that I've ever been to. No Airconditioning in room, when complained they offered to put fan in room. Carpets were ridden with stains and dirty. Not sure when they were replaced. And there is construction debris everywhere even in the air. Staff and Manager were not empathetic. I could not stay at that location as I feared my cold, cough symptoms will get worse, so stayed at Holiday Inn that night. Initially, Radisson hotel said they will refund my money buy now they don't want to refund that amount. Overall one of the worst hotel experience that I ever had. I'd say no to this hotel.
