We love the hotel and staff, makes you feel welcomed like you're coming home. We prefer the corner balcony rooms, the view is gorgeous and so are the rooms. We like to stay a week at a time for vacations ancontinue to come back

Hotel location is nice but room needed repairs. Received an email indicating balconies were “closed for repairs”…upon checking in we see signs up that the balconies were CONDEMNED…definitely not the same thing. Owner needs to get things back up to high quality of w they intend to continue charging $300 a night when you can’t even open your windows for some fresh air.

Price was high for oceanfront with no beach access no balcony access no pool and an extra charge of $16 dollars per day for parking with only half the hotel in operation. I know they are doing renovations but seems they should have started them years ago ceiling stain with wet spot looked like mold or mildew screws sticking out of sliding door could have caused an injury if I didn’t notice it.

Paid over 200 dollars for a suite, while sharable microwave was on different floor next to a washer and dryer going. (have photos)
ice machines are on only 3 floors. had to go to 12th floor to get ice.
15th floor lobby by elevator chairs were filthy. Refused to sit down while waiting on someone.
Balcony being closed wasn't know when I booked. When I got there after 2 hour drive they informed me. Figured I could still get nice ocean view and pictures, but next morning noticed sliding doors were dirty to ocean view.
Couldn't enter beach from hotel.

No pool and balcony’s are unsafe and closed you can’t open your door
We were never told this before we got there

I chose a beachfront room with a balcony to have access to the beach, but unfortunately, I wasn’t informed at the time of booking that the building was undergoing major renovations. The whole building literally looks like it’s falling apart, and I couldn’t enjoy the beach access as expected. You can’t go to the beach directly from the hotel—you have to go around the block to get there. This is horrific. They should honestly close the hotel and only reopen it once it’s ready.
Additionally, the AC unit does not work properly, and it was warm throughout the night. While the rooms are spacious, there’s no microwave, which felt really awkward and inconvenient.

I see why they are doing construction. It’s an old building and needs complete renovation. We did like the beach at the backyard. The price for a room was too high in comparison with other hotels we had been to.

This is not ready- under renovation, old amenities and unfortunately not what advertised. I was told the resorts fees were waived because of the limited amenities due to construction. Hotel’s Beach access is closed. Balcony advertised not available, closed but I that was on my selection of room. Overall very poor. Not good for families!

The location is right on the beach and the corner beach side rooms offer a spectacular view. The place was clean but the finishes could use a refresh. Also there was a nice sized bar in the room but no microwave. For $250/night a few more amenities would be nice.

In the process of updating, so no balcony or pool access. We were told ahead of time. Still such a nice property and will return to its earlier glory once remodeled. Staff wasn’t as friendly as usual, but certainly still prompt and polite. Will always return here.

Balcony was condemned. Legal notice if we used it imprisonment or thousand dollar fine!!! Pool was closed. Access to ocean closed! Restaurants closed! No room service! TV not working. Terrible!
