Everything was great

Nice stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little better.

Cheap option Some strange people around.

Really liked the mattress and the pillows. Breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage links was great.

They ask you to check in online to save time but when you get there you still have to go through the whole checkin procedure again. I stay here a few time a year, I won't bother with online check in again

Electonic door keys worked randomly. Even housekeeping keys did not function correctly. Fruit flies in room. Common area and entry way smelled like weed. I know its idiot michigan but come on...

This hotel thought it was fine to make my bed with dirty linen, as it had crustys and I had to call house keeping and the supervisor in who thought that was perfectly acceptable, and just got me a new blanket. Fought with me on giving me more than just 1 towel when we had 4 people in the room. Had 200$ in food spoil due to a power outage (nothing we could control) and couldn’t use any of the amenities or anything that we had paid for. And they offered no compensation or even empathy towards us. Refused to allow us speak to a supervisor or manager. Overall a NIGHTMARE.

Room was not ready at check in time.

The kids playing around the pool was a nice back drop, reducing the days events into a soft “porch visiting” atmosphere.

Me, my gf and her two daughters booked a room for the Ramada tonight. Just now some random dude walked in to our room because the front desk gave the key to someone else and told them our room was theirs. I went down to the front desk and said "it is not cool for you guys to have random people walking into my room when I have two daughters in there, that's not cool at all." A lady came from the back room and said "boo hoo". I asked who that was that gave me that rude comment and what her name was. The lady at the counter said that was the GM. The GM refused to give me her name. They refused to give me any phone number to call of anyone above her. And the other dude working was saying I can leave or he will call the cops. I was not raising my voice at all. I will NEVER come back here. It was Laura the GM. When checking out my girlfriend told the lady (Jorden) at the front desk of the mix up the night before, and the rude comment from the GM and asked what her name was, Jorden refused to answer and when she asked for a phone number for anyone above the GM she was told they didn’t have one. While talking to this lady (Jorden) another lady with her child walked up and said. “Yes I too have the same complaint about the same person.” When posting about this on facebook even passed employees where talking about this “GM” very negatively. Every encounter I had with staff they were negative and rude..

All were helpful,clean room and grounds

We like the pool the game room nice rooms except the bathroom was not very clean there was stuff all over the counters and inside the showers like no one ever cleaned it a few inside the room but oh no good didn't like that they didn't have breakfast a couple days they said they ran out of food or something we go to this place at least twice a year

The employee work in the counter in the morning was very rude. There was a fraternity making noise until 4 AM both nights and the power went out on the second night. The generator wouldn’t start there were no lights no hot water not even coffee.

Nice update on the property. Biscuits and Gravy offered for breakfast on a Friday as the main course, not a fan but settled for cereal. Hot tub and pool area nice condition. Will return in the near future.

Apparently, school was out and families with people in the party that did not know how to behave, started fighting in the hallways, and I thought it might be better if like minded people were grouped together, rather than putting everyone in the same corridor. We came for quiet, and we had nothing but noise and disruptions the entire stay.

I don’t think our room was vacuumed and it was so ungodly hot, there was no way to cool the inner hotel rooms down! For paying almost $300 was bet dissatisfied’

Stayed here for a girls hockey team tournament weekend. It was an okay 2 star facility for its purpose in an older building. We were in a “dog friendly” room — the cleaning wasn’t up to my standards but that was easily fixed with a quick trip to Meijer for supplies. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel offers a lot of family entertainment options. The only complaint my family had was that the pool water temp was kind of on the cool side. The arcade offered a large amount of games...the grandkids really enjoyed all of it!

It was god awful hot in our room! No way to turn heat down. Front desk said it would be fixed on Friday by Sunday nothing changed. Skylights above breakfast area drop water consistently! Leaving puddles on the floor.
