Staff are courteous and always happy to help. Breakfast is nice. Would come back again.

Have stayed there many times. It is very well managed and comfortable.

hotel was ok, fire alarm kept blinking and waking me up. looked like a flash photo. walls thin, could hear person in next room throwing up. upstairs room over us was incredibly loud. breakfast was pretty pathetic. why not offer bagels & cream cheese. why not offer real cream for coffee?

It was very clean but I wonder how it’s exceptable to charge $234 one night $199 another and $59 yet another.

Next to major road, easy to get to where you need to go but not too busy or noisy at night.

Was in town for Aggie family weekend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. But I am most disgusted paying $150 for Thursday night and then $400 for Friday night. That rate is absolutely a rip off. Very disappointed in Hotels.com.

Great staff. Check in was a breeze. SUPER comfortable bed. Very clean. Only negative is that it is buried behind a home improvement store and it is difficult to get in and out of.

We had a great stay

Comfortable & clean. Microwave and minifridge in room was nice. Helpful staff. The TV remote was missing in the room, and front desk associate had another one to me within 30 minutes (and that included resolving a wifi problem and re-programming). Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here multiple times over the last several years. I always feel welcomed by the kind people who work there, especially the young lady at the front desk! I know her name, but I will protect her privacy. She is always thoughtful and happy to see me and remembers. Excellent human beings give the hotel a fresh and homey feeling even if it isn't the newest hotel in town! Many thanks to everyone there who cares for their customers.. The room is always clean and comfortable, and the parking area is safe and well-lit. The location is perfect for any event you might want to attend in College Station!

Great service

The young lady at the desk was very helpful and great manners

No one works the front desk. I had to wait for a LONG time trying to check in. Then, the person who eventually arrived was not friendly or apologetic.

Overall felt kind of life-less there. Regarding the room, there weren't enough towels given when we arrived and had to ask for more. We were three guests, not two. The shower didn't have good pressure. The toilet paper was the most awful I have ever experienced...it is so cheap and scratchy. Please find a new brand! The bedside lamp had dust all over it. The tub/shower is a fall hazard...slippery. There are no free weights in the exercise room. There was no plant milk (soy, oat, almond) at the breakfast buffet which is pretty common nowadays to have. Limited breakfast items...there weren't even bananas which is standard. There really should be a heavier blanket, at least offered folded in the closet. We seemed to be sleeping just under to thin sheets..that is what it felt like (one sheet and one very thin "blanket"). The front desk people were ok but not very animated, kind of flat. On a positive the room was made up nicely when we returned on Saturday from our activities. I did not expect that (I thought we had to request that ahead of time). Suggestions: please offer non-dairy milks at the breakfast and bananas, please offer at least one heavier blanket offered in the closet, add a non slip surface to the tub, and please change your toilet paper brand for sure.
