Beds were comfortable, breakfast had some hot food options (biscuits & gravy and scrambled eggs). Facility was clean. It was a short overnight stop booked at the last minute during a road trip. I was a bit leery based on the review ratings and low price, but I was pleasantly surprised! We weren't looking for any bells or whistles and this fit our needs perfectly.

Nice. Some people outside room hanging out and ypu could hear them. But all good. Shower head kinda weird lol.

Our stay was so disappointing. We were surprised given the online photos and reviews. The hotel was very run down. One of the back doors to access the building had tape on it so it did not lock. The towels in the room were stained, the carpet was dirty as were the walls and shower head. Had we not been desperate for a room, and been able to get a refund, we would have left. When we went to check out the front doors were locked, and no one came to assist us. We had to go back around and enter the back. The associate was sitting behind the desk, on his phone.

For this price range, the hotel was nice, quiet, super convenient for a family coming in off the freeway. The breakfast was better than we've had at many hotels. Biggest issue (and I almost gave 3 stars because it was my only search criteria), the pool was closed. My son was not happy!

Our front door would not close properly, there was blood and snot all over the lamp, the bathroom was dirty, the comforter had hair intertwined in it. Construction workers were staying in the same building and were odd and kept lingering by our door. The room was not ANYTHING like the photo in the listing. The bathroom has a huge window in it with no window covering so we had to hang a garbage bag in it while showering. It was old and run down. Worst hotel of our trip. But, the staff was friendly.

I stay here often when I come to Columbia for doctor appointments or medical tests. It's quiet and safe. It's also near Wal-Mart and several eateries which is also convenient.

It was actually disgusting they diddnt clean there were hairs everywhere and we booked the room with the hot tub inside and the painting above the wall had white stuff dried to it very disturbing and there were “supplies” in the trash can that they diddnt clean either!!!!! Don’t even want to give it a 1 star… go ahead and go to the Drury right by there way better way cleaner and around the same prices

Loved the staff. Exceptionally friendly, very accommodating. When I requested 2nd floor, they offered a switch with no problem.The parking normally would have been adequate, but they were resurfacing such a large portion at one once, tiny bit inconvenient. But they had really cozy, clean rooms, had everything you'd want. Biscuits 'n gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, yogart, cereal, muffins for breakfast! Hotel provided a nice, quiet environment. Enjoyed my stay!

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, etc etc. The only drawback, and it's not the hotel's fault, but there's vagrants with shopping carts on the same street. They didn't bother us or anything like that, they were just there.
