Expedia promoted this property as having a pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast, and work out room. None of those were offered. Guest laundry was closed as well. The pool and hot tub are closed indefinitely. We were notified by the staff when we arrived. They asked if we still wanted to stay. We had been travelling for six hours and it was late. I did not have the time or resources to find another hotel. When I went to use the hairdryer the whole housing unit came off the wall in my hand. The plug for the bathtub was laying in the corner which was odd. Once we ran the shower we understood why. Within seconds we were standing in water, up to our ankles. The water did finally drain but not until after we were finished showering. I rely on Expedia to present properties as they really are.

In the Hotels.com app I selected a hotel with a pool and breakfast so this hotel came up and show both in the photos. At check-in we were told that the pool and spa are indefinitely closed and that they no longer offer breakfast. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the parking lot smelled like marijuana.

My wife and I decided to stay at the downtown Ramada in Spokane after a nice stay there during the summer months. Our experience this time around was very different. We were under the assumption that the pool would be available, as well as the continental breakfast and neither of them were. This was not indicated in the booking of the hotel. That is not the worst of it! Inside the room the floor was dirty, black mold in the shower, and there was what appeared to be blood on the curtains covering the window. The bed was clean and only needed the room for the night so we decided to stay and let them know about the room in the morning. While checking out we did just that. On our way home our bank notified us that there was an extra $30 dollar charge to our account from them. My wife called them right away to find out what the charge was for, they claimed we took the smoke detector down inside the room and were accused of smoking in the room. 1. Not true, if it were I would not have gone outside in the rain to do so. 2. They were debating to charge us for the disgusting curtains that we pointed out to them. My wife and I are not big fans of being accused of something we did not due. After speaking with the front desk and addressing the issues we were told that they were refunding us the $30 charge and the $100 deposit back. We will see in the coming days if it happens. I will also take pictures from now on. It was just a shady experience and we will not be going back.

Upon arriving at the hotel after booking on hotels.com I walked into the lobby to see a sign that stated that there was no swimming pool or hot tub available and that breakfast was only cold grab and go items available which the next morning happened to not be available. The room was not clean. They were renovating the upper two floors above the second floor and the process must have been knocking dirt out of the ceiling tiles the suspended ceiling in our room was out of its tracks in places just far enough to let debris fall down from the construction above. They did greet me with a smile was very friendly and informative about what was good about the hotel and what was not so good. They did accommodate us by moving us to a different room since the first room was so dirty. All in all a very mediocre to poor stay at what used to be one of the nicer places to stay in Spokane. Hope they can get their act together and make it into something worth staying in again.

I reserved this location because the information posted stated there was a hot tub, indoor heated pool, sauna and breakfast. I pre registered through the app and when I arrived the desk clerk was on the phone. She handed over my room keys, told me what room I was in and then went back into her office without stating any other information or point out the fact that all the amenities that were posted online were not available! I didn’t discover this information until after my family had gone down to the pool and found out after the fact there was a sign on the desk stating all these services were not available!

The hotel room at the Ramada by Wyndham was terrible. The first room we tried the key and the light would flash green but not open. We got a different room and that room's heater cover was falling off and daylight could be seen around it. We told the manager and the maintenance guy was going to remove our heater and then replace it with one from another room, at 9:00 at night! I asked him to just shove the cover on it and hope it held until morning. The hotel bed was comfortable, but the shower fan didn't work, the bathroom sink handle was installed backwards, and the hallway was very stained. The breakfast was minimal, like bread for toast and juice in cups. My family opted to eat breakfast elsewhere. On top of that when you walked out to parking lot the air smelled like a pot shop. I won't be reserving a room here again.

The pool and spa were closed. From my understanding they'd been closed for a few weeks. Because of a burnt up heating motor. And from what the receptionist told me it sounds like The owners don't seem to care. About getting it fixed in any sort of timely manner.

It was the worst place I have been in since a Motel 6 10 years ago! We were a group of 6 rooms. 4 had to change rooms because of dirty bathroom, stained sheets, food in fridge/cupboards, heater not working, mildew smells. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The counter people were like “oh well” thats what we have to offer. Don’t ever stay here!
