Property is clean. However shuttle service is not adequate when hotel is busy ; only one small shuttle and no available time to airport on time.

First it says shuttles from airport then I had to take uber because I need to wait over 35 min for one
After I checked in at front desk the room they give me was not serviced the send room I got there was hair all over the washroom

I didn’t like it because it was dirty it have cockroach, in the room it coming up from the napkins from the bathroom, never again in there and I pay a lot of money for that !!!
