I have stayed in this property twice in the last week. The first time the room wasn’t clean and the staff was really good. They got me a new room the last time I could not get a shuttle waited for an hour and a half finally took a taxi and then couldn’t book a shuttle for the morning so I had to take another taxi. What is the point in telling people that you have a shuttle 24 seven to the airport. Tried calling from the airport instead of answering my questions. They basically answer the phone and put it back on the desk was completely different staff than the first time I was there, but without consistency, I would never stay here again.

I was not happy to pay $100 deposit, which I have to pay with my credit card, and this may take time to return. NOT HAPPY. The receptionist couldn't show me any rules that stated this payment.

It’s early as I write this as we have an early flight to catch (3am) so I’m a little grumpy. Our check in was good, the late afternoon/evening staff were helpful and processed people quickly. We had supper at the restaurant beside the check-in desk and the food and service were very good. Our room had a weird short possibly - the lamp wild flicker on and off regularly (not a big deal we turned it off); but at midnight our phone started going off regularly doing anywhere from a half ring to 2 full rings…we did NOT ask for a wake up call and it would’ve been too early anyways. With a wake up time of 0230 and the phone deciding to go off about 4-5 times from midnight-ish until about 0130 when I called front desk and explained I asked how to stop this from happening and if I could unplug it from the wall. The front desk attendant for the late evening said yes I could just unplug it. I did so and we had to wake When I went back to explain the issues with the room I barely got a response from the same person…I’m more annoyed with the lack of empathy or even the apology for

Everything was fine other than the night reception telling us that our airport shuttle would be there at 745am and then the next morning being informed it would arrive at 8am or later. Needed to take an uber or we would have missed our flight. We were not the only guests in the same situation.

My family and I spent one night here when our original travel plans had to change due to weather. We chose it because of the price and proximity to the airport. We weren't here very long since we arrived around 7 or 8 pm and left at 5:30 am. The shuttles to and from the airport run 24 hours, and both drivers we had were good. The only experience we had with the hotel staff was the guy at the front desk, who provided excellent service. The restaurant and the pool areas looked nice, but we used neither. Everything seemed very clean. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because of a few minor repairs that are needed. For the price, though, it's a great deal, especially if you need a shuttle to the airport. Several other hotels we looked at, didn't use 24 hour shuttles.
