The staff was very friendly & efficient. Great location for easy access to IAH. Wonderful restaurant in the lobby area. The room was clean & spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

airport. The decor is a little dated but really does that matter. the staff are fantastic the restaurant is very good I have stayed here a couple times on layovers and they are all great. I'll be back in my next layover

The shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport was rude and unhelpful. The front desk was rude when we called for shuttle. The room was dirty and even had what I HOPE was a chocolate blob on the desk. The toilet ran and the dumpster was outside our window. Carpets were dirty and we felt very uncomfortable.
The bed seemed clean and was fairly comfortable.
The shuttle driver the next day was kind and prioritized us when others were trying to take our already booked spot.

I arrived late due to flight delay, and I saw many other people did as well. I was accommodated very well! The restaurant was very good at staying late and giving great service. The room was kept cool for my arrival. The front desk people were very helpful, friendly and professional.

WE GOT BED BUGS HERE! Aside from that, this property is SO badly represented in the advertisements. Nothing like the pictures, very dingy, busted AC, FILTHY pool, and the staff was like someone out of a late night cartoon. Zero Stars!
