It was good. The coffee pot was bent but other than that super comfy bed. My wife and I enjoyed the stay we accidentally skipped breakfast but we slept great.
Will recommend to others and /or we will stay again.

Although the room was reasonably clean, the area is bad with lots of homeless people around and on the property. Couldn't use the rear stairway near our room because of the sketchy people hanging around the rear entry. Would not stay here again.

Checkin was smooth, room was adiquate. Could smell bleach. Breakfast was available, coffee was out though. I did get charged again for taxes after checkout, but when I called, they promptly reimbursed me.

Dont leave anything in your vehicle. Changed my reservation from a 2 queen to a king bed. Not what i booked. Its a kinda gross room,hallways,elevator, etc..

The stay was horrible. The bed sheets in the room were soiled and the lady at front desk was very unprofessional handling the situation. Eventually got a different room. The corridors have a bad smell. One night a homeless guy sought refuge spent the night at the bottom so the stairway

I was a late arrival around 10:30pm. The front door was locked and nobody responded to the doorbell. There was a sign that said to call the hotel number so I did three times and nobody picked up. Thankfully my Lyft driver stuck around to make sure I got in. I was getting ready to leave to find another hotel when staff came to the front desk and opened the automatic door. There was not a single apology.
Once in the room, I tried to turn the TV on and the remote didn’t work. I flipped it over to find that there were no batteries in the remote. It was too late and I was too tired to try and contact the front desk for a replacement so I just went to bed.

The hotel is old but very clean. It's on a very busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise all night. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Also, the hotel is not in a very good neighborhood.
