My recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham in Seekonk was exactly what I needed clean, quiet, and comfortable. What truly made it exceptional was Courtney at the front desk. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. In a time when genuine customer service is rare, Courtney was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making the stay feel welcoming and stress-free.

When I first came here, it reminded of a place my grandparents would stay and that is not a bad thing at all. It's quiet, clean, front desk girl in the morning and the older gentleman in the evening are phenomenal. Cleaning staff is friendly. After staying at a couple of places in the area rated the same as the Ramada, I can easily say this is far better than those (Town & Country, Motel 6, Mary's Motor Lodge - the legit worst). I'd stay here over the higher priced options like the Hampton.

We stayed four nights on our vacation. I am a Wyndham Member. Cons-Lobby smelled like weed when we came in to register. A lot of undesirables hanging around both the front and back as we came and went. Wife was a little afraid of that. No clean towels or wash clothes in our room everyday. We did not see the little sign that said we had to notify the front desk for those items by 9 am everyday if we wanted fresh one. On the evening of the first day my wife called down to get fresh ones. The desk told her no as we did not notify them by 9 am that day. She was furious! I did go down t and complained and they gave me two fresh towels. No Breakfast. No Swimming pool. Shower floor very slippery even with hand bars. You gave us one measly little bar of soap for five days.Hallways smelled musky. Would not give me any Wyndham points as I booked through a third party, and, would not give me a receipt upon check out for the same reason. Pros-Beautiful lobby. Rooms were clean.

The lobby and the hallways smelt of smoke and pot. The rugs were filthy and stained. The room was not better, dingy dark, carpet and the furniture was stained and dated. The sheets were clean but that was about it. I spent $100 and I got what I paid for! I highly recommend not staying here.

Our room was musty and dank. You could see the bathroom wasn’t wiped down and cleaned. There was pee sprinkle on the floor around the toilet and tooth brushing splatter on the wall next to the sink. The shower head leaked at the seal and sprayed the ceiling if you didn’t adjust it a certain way. The bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom mirror frame was broken. When the mirror fogged up from the shower you could read words someone previously wrote with their finger on the mirror. The tile floor was not clean and the grout on the floor and shower wall was gross. There was water damage to the wall from the shower. One of the shower towels smelled rancid. The other towels smelled normal. The telephone was not connected. The TV remote only changed channels up, not down. The humidity in the room was uncomfortable and could not be lowered. I did not complain, I considered it normal for this low quality property. The room 206 needs major attention and needs a proper cleaning.

Hotel was run on a shoe string - took over an hour to get linens and towels for third party booked in room. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 4:30PM with a 3PM check-in. mostly clean but stains on rugs and curtains. Hard furniture had worn finishes. Towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. Microwave was losing its finish around the door. I swear the two armchairs in the photo were in my room, with no springs left.

Tv did not properly fit inside the tv cabinet. It was too large for the cabinet so it was partially sticking out. Microwave was located behind the television and out of visibility. We had to physical pick up the television and place on the floor in order to use the microwave. When we called the front desk to ask for the managers name, the employee said he wasn’t allowed to give the managers name over the phone. In my 30 years of traveling, I have never experienced a microwave being placed inside and behind a tv cabinet.
