When we got to the room we noticed right away one of the beds box spring sounded like it was broken or something and the manager was quick to fix the problem. Will probably be back if we’re in the area again!

I like the spacious room and comfortable bed. I also like the easy access to our room as well as close parking. The desk, office chair and refrigerator and microwave are nice too! I appreciate the front room and closet/ luggage area being spacious as well. This was a great value for a low affordable rate. Oh also they serve breakfast too!

Power in our room went out, had to change rooms, both rooms were sub par, 1st room sticky bathroom counter, shower water only luke warm, 2nd room, dirty socks under bathroom sink, used Q-tips on the floor. TV in 1st room quit working before the power shut off. Stains on one of the bed spreads, & my wife found someones hair in her bed.
My wife wont allow us to stay here again.

Staff at front was very accommodating ….once I made aware of conditions
Carpet smelled, so had to go buy slides to walk with in the room. Heater was not secured to wall tight so cold air completed with heater all night, so clicked on and off constantly
Shower was not clean and refrigerator did.Not work

The hotel is outdated and worn. If you need a place to stay for a few nights it’s ok. It is okay to Spokane Valley Mall, and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The room we stayed in,didnt realize was rt next to all night drive thru...
There were stains on top sheet, dust bunnys on floor around bed and in corners as well at head of the bed on box spring... the bathroom floor was dirty with hair and small debris, dirty hamd prints on bathroom walls as well as the floor felt dirty to bare feet put socks on and and they were dirty within sec of walking on floor, went thru 2 pairs a day while in room, the safe and head board good layer of dust...while i was impressed with lobby looked clean there...theres no excuse for dusty and dirty floors...they do allow pets-i didnt smell any animal orders...i was told that for service animals there is no charge- but i was charged anyway-i did mention at check out- she said nothing...ill message hotel when i get home

This reservation was for business, for one of our guys working in the Spokane area and it did not go well. My guy showed up and the guy behind the counter was negative even with providing him all the confirmations.
I missed my son's basketball game trying to resolve this matter. At the end the Expedia team did what they could and got us set up in a different location, Francis was great.
We book often in Spokane and my team asked for this place, but never again.

This one holds the all time, most disgusting hotel room I've ever seen. It will remain that way for a long time. They weren't willing to give me a refund, but I went somewhere else anyways. Enjoy.
