Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Valley

Room was readied ahead of check-in time since we had to change to go to a wedding. Very nice front desk service.

The room was disgusting. Not cleaned prior to check in. Bathroom smelled like animal urine and scratch marks all over the door from an animal trying to get out. Dog hair on AND in the sheets. Don’t stay here!

They had the cheapest rate, the tv had 'stuff' splashed onto it and the floor was unswept. The freezer in the fridge was frozen over, the bathroom is very small. Beds are nice after 3 days on a metal ships deck... So I lived in kind and did not worry about any messes that I created

It would have been better if there were lights that worked but

Won’t stay here again. The room had a strange smell, the walls were filthy, the freezer was full of stained frost that was bright red, the fridge was not clean. As a plus, the bedding did seem to be clean.

The ceiling of the room had stuff hanging from the ceiling and blowing about with the AC. The grounds had dead plants and weeds growing all over. Totally run down needing lots of fixing up. The room had a smoker at on time.

Dirty carpet dirty floor dirty window seals sink ex i didnt care about it being outdated only the fact it was dirty need better house keeping and the tub and pink red stuff growing around the caulking

I have stayed at other Wyndham renovated properties with no issues. However, this one missed the mark, Had new carpet, bath fixtures and paint but painter lost his masking tape. Plumber went to lunch and forgot to tightened the lavatory faucet. Electrician did not use correct screw connectors and smoke detector was hanging from one screw. Window has a gun shot hole. Cooling unit was so noisy we could not talk when it was running and just turned it off, luckily temperatures were ok. The microwave platter was missing so it was useless. When we went to shower there were no towels, we go them after the laundry was done. At three in the morning two big box trucks pulled up behind the building in front of out window and four guys and a loud conversation while doing something transferring stuff between the truck before driving off, I got back to sleep an hour later. The back hall exterior security door was not working you could just walk in. The breakfast bar had variety but no fresh fruit, just heavy on the carbs. We only used the room to sleep and shower, if we were staying there during the day we would have went to a different location.

Would not stay again

Our stay was great! Very nice place and great people. Loved the breakfasts. Large bathrooms

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. There was NO stay over service. We had to chase down fresh towels. Breakfast was okay, unless you want hot food.

Our room was super filthy with stained sheets etc.The nice man at the desk found one last room that would fit our large family but it was dirty too just not as bad so we settled for it since we had no choice. We were told we couldn't get any discount compensation for the dirty room! Unless we get some kind of refund on our stay we will NEVER stay at this Ramada Hotel again.

It is ok. But it is not up to the standards of other Wyndham we had visited.

Our room filthy with hair everywhere and nasty film and dust on all the surfaces. The floors had not been swept/cleened and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was nasty. The trash cans had new liners in them thats all. The very apologetic man at the front desk offered to ove us to the only other room large enough for our family. It too was not dirty in the similar way only not as extreme. Since we had no were else we could go we had to take it and clean our way through it to make it bearable and comfortable. Thank God we travel with lysol and disinfectant wipes and paper towels! We were told we could not get a discount on the room. Please note the gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. But without receiving a discount for this major inconvenience,, we will never stay at this Hotel again.
