Stayed in 117 no deadbolt lamp by chair can’t turn on freezer is over frozen and breakfast was very limited

Stains in the sheets, pee smell in the room, and the moldy shower didn’t work!

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place was absolutely horrendous. Where do I begin? First upon checkin in the lady at the front desk spoke very little to no English. Made the check in process so long because with the communication barrier we couldn’t understand each other. We paid $10 for a rollaway bed, and was told by the front desk staff that it was $25. I had to pull up my email to prove to her it was indeed $10. Then when the bed finally came to us (5 hrs later at 11pm) it was broken! They also checked another guest into our room so we randomly had some stranger walk in! We paid extra for a full kitchen that had zero utensils, plates, cups or stuff to cook on. Absolutely nothing. The dishwasher, microwave and fridge had food splatter, and dark liquids stains dripping down them. The fridge looked like someone had played target practice on it because there were dents and holes throughout the entire front of the fridge. Food from the previous guests were still left in the fridge and freezer! The floors throughout the entire room looks like it had not been swept or mopped in years. Pieces of random crap and dirt were everywhere! Every single wall in the place had holes everywhere. Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Not much to say, met the bare minimum

The hotel was dirty, found dirty around the corners. Cracks in the bathroom walls. Drug dealers standing outside by the door. Watched Burlington clothing store get robbed. Retainer under the chair. Ranch dressing in a disposable container under the bed.

Bottom of my feet were filthy at the end of the night after walking around and the shower curtain was dirty and disgusting.

It was quiet when we arrived and convenient for stores gas and light shopping

Bad service

Convenient for shopping, food is close, and centrally located for Spokane, C'dalaine, and Silverwood.

I liked the room, it was more like a two bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty.Towels, sheets, floor were dirty. The entry door to the building was busted with tape on it and anyone could come in.

We didn't even end up staying here. It was disgusting and had a strong cat urine odor in the bathroom that may or may not have actually been cat urine. Too numerous other issues to mention. We checked out and Hotels.com refunded us. The only good part was the front desk lady did try her best to make things right, and I appreciated that.

The entire facility is smoke free, but when we entered our room it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, both old/stale and more recent. We tried running the AC to bring some fresh air in, and the AC blows stale air that smells like mildew and is worse than the cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the window opens so we have kept it open throughout our stay to bring in fresh air. The mini fridge is dirty, also. The staff is solid. I watched them handle some difficult customers prior to my check-in and they did so with kindness and patience. I appreciate their help and I understand the overall condition of our room is out of their control.

The floor in the room was really dirty. The bathroom door frame was either scratched or the paint was worn out. Breakfast was good but the cereal dispensers were empty except for one. Tv didn't play anything.

HORRIBLE. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair and stains in the drains and on the walls. Bed sheets were stained with… blood? poop? idk. Floors were beyond dirty, stained my socks and feet BLACK. Asked for room service multiple times throughout my 4 day stay, was always promised someone to come clean, let alone change the bed sheets.. never happened. Towels in the bathroom were stained black, like they scrubbed the floor with the towel and put it back on the rack… Stay somewhere else. Save your money!!!!

It is a good place for the price.

Bathroom was dirty. AC needs to be serviced. Coffee maker was positioned where it could not reach an outlet.

The room was pretty run down and dirty

The reservation was for 4 adults and 2 kids. The room lay out was nice with a 2 bedrooms suite and pullout couch. However, there were chip crumbs on a chair, finger nail clippings on the floor, a stain on one of the beds, and a metal chair came apart when we tried to move it. The front desk gave us no problems when we asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.
