Property has great potentional! Nice but dated, maybe invest in an overhaul to bring more conferences to the area.
Could have been cleaner, looked like confetti in the halls and atrium as well as some other areas of dust and grime.

Checked in online so very quick, no problems. Requested a room where we could see our motorbikes, out of the window and that was what we got. Shower was great comfortable bed. Walking distant to restaurants, we chose the Mexican restaurant next door great food. Vegan bowl and tachos ,guac were excellent. Drinks at the bar in the restaurant celebrities at the hotel were excellent and very reasonable. Food looked good. Perfect all round. Didnt use the pool but it was popular and had a hottub, it is Memorial day weekend so as expected. We are soing the PA BDR so was ideal for us. Recommend this hotel.

Hotel was priced well, good location. Shower faucet could use a little updating. Staff was friendly. Bar and restaurant nice.

I liked it was wood floors no carpet. The issues i had were the sheets were dirty there was also a blood stain on one of the blankets. The tub backed up with water.. the staff is awesome but this will not be back

The place was great for the price, but could use some updating. I choose this hotel for the indoor Pool and attached resteraunt/bar Unfortunatly, the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and the resteraunt was closed on Sundays. Not something that could have been controlled. Would certainly stay there again.

The property was a little outdated. There aren’t windows in rooms for sunshine, but interior windows to look out into the building. However the room and bathroom were clean, well kept, everything was working, and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable as well. There was access to tv. The front lobby staff were all courteous, friendly and quick to get me checked in. The hotel is 6 minutes drive from Penn State campus and downtown, very convenient. There are also a couple of food establishments and grocery stores about 1 block down from the hotel. It was easy to find, reasonable pricing, and easy parking. I will stay here again.

The indoor pool was closed, which was not said on their website. The hotel was very run down inside. The room itself was not clean. Yes the bed was made with clean sheets but the actual room was dirty. The bathroom was very disgusting. Mildew and water stains in the tub, trash on the floor, the vent was coated in thick dust, amongst other things.

Pro: The staff was great. We enjoyed the outside pool.
Cons: It was extremely obvious that the property was under construction / renovations. Trash was all over the property. Beer cans in cups, empty water bottles were visible on the property same ones for the three days of our stay. Both evenings of the stay there was a truck with what appeared to be workers partying in the parking lot.

My hotel room door, barely shut. I had to physically force it closed.
I was woken up, repeated by several different types of workers
First morning, it was painters blaring music
One morning it was concrete workers jackhammering at 7:15 in the morning
Not once did I comeback in my room, be tended to by housekeeping
I personally would not recommend to stay at this hotel and I can’t believe Wyndham would put their name on this hotel

This property is a decent budget hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were acceptable. It was kind of weird that the coffee pot was in the bathroom. The hallways and common areas needed some updating. I was a little upset because the shampoo in my room and conditioner were empty bottles. However I did contact the front office and they brought me the shampoo and conditioner right away

The pool was ok, the hot tub didn't work but was warm, not hot. Staff was friendly except the grouchy guy walking back and forth past the pool. They always closed the pool for maintenance, when it was supposed to open. The room itself was horrible, it was dated and dirty with mold in the bathroom and dirt on the floors especially by the windows and behind the beds, dust on the bed headboard and fixtures. Bedding was stained. Trash was never taken out and it was pretty trashy outside too. Breakfast was ok, not the best. We would not stay again due to lack of cleanliness and mold.
