Toilet didn't flush the first 3 times. After check in, the plastic keys didn't work on the door. Had to have maintenance come to the door just to get into the room. The chair for the desk looked like something from the 80s that a kid would sit in. Not even remotely impressed with this property.

Took a bit to get into our room, not sure where the desk attendant was at the time of our arrival. When he arrived, things ran smoothly. Room was good but could use a cleaning, dust bunnies behind the chair was moderate.

It was not very clean at all in the hallways. You could exactly where the vacuum had not reached in months. We could not get into the building or our room and had to go to front desk multiple times and then it was me that finally called and said I think it the reader. They sent maintenance which he got it opened and he said he was going to be back to fix it. We waited and waited but had to leave as we had to be somewhere. We come back and it had not been fixed. so we had to call the front desk again for them to send maintenance and he said he forgot to come back and fix it. So then he fixed it finally.

Older hotel but well kept. Check in was painfully slow. Key card did not work and had to wait 20 minutes again. Bed was very hard, shower was great and the TV was old and very poor picture. Bar and restaurant was great.

Reservation was made months in advance. Received a voicemail 3 hours prior to check in that we were moved to another hotel due to overbooking. Spoke with the manager and told her it was unacceptable. She very rudely told me to “disregard the message about being moved”.

Our room wasn’t clean when we arrived. Stains bedding, old soap in shower and someone else’s old takeout in the fridge. Wouldn’t recommend it. It’s also very dated and needs updated.

The room smelled like fish and the bathroom like mildew. The floors, including the carpet were sticky. Mattresses were not great. The room just felt dirty, dark, and dingy. We bought flip flops, sheets, and Febreze to get through the weekend and were told there was no other room for us.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable as if I were lying directly on the box spring. The walls are super thin and I could hear everything from the rooms on either side of mine. In the morning I could hear the housekeeping staff talking and swearing word for word. Luckily I was already awake. The lobby reeks of chlorine from the kiddie pool to the point it burned my eyes. The staff was largely unfriendly. For a sleepless night and poor amenities, I feel that I may as well have flushed $170 down the toilet and slept in my car!

My room was uncomfortably hot. I was forced to keep exterior door ( into lobby) and sliding door ( into pool area) both open to allow for air to circulate to cool it down for both evenings I stayed. Only at bedtime ( around 10 pm ) did I close both doors and it became very warm both nights. I asked housekeeping to make sure thermostat was adjusted to lowest setting and they agreed it was as low as it could be adjusted and were very apologetic, but the room was very hot both nights.

The pool area is great for kids. The breakfast is very good. The location is good. Unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was terrible. In addition the tub did not drain. We stayed 3 nights and there is no refresh of the room so we ran out of towels and TP. When walking up the hallways, there was dishes and food outside of doors from room service that stayed in the hallway 2 days! Additionally, I asked for a receipt at check out and when I looked at it I was charged double the rate of my Expedia booking price. I was able to fix that and have it credited back, but be aware that you should check your receipt if paying at the property.

The property was convenient as we were attending a training at the Inn. The common areas were clean and tidy but there wasn't anywhere to sit outside of the conference rooms. I did think the pool area was very cute and perfect for a family with small children. There wasn't anywhere to get coffee after they shut the dining room down after breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was pretty average. There was only one ice machine that was on the complete opposite end of the hotel from our room. The bathroom toilet was dirty from the top to the floor with urine streaks. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, so bad I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was tiny and the counter was detaching from the wall. If this room would have been cheaper my expectations would have been lower. The front staff didn't give any directions as to where things were located and when asked they were pretty rude.

Decent place to stay especially if you have kids. Don’t know if it was just our unit but the heater made the most horrible noise about 2 am. I’m pretty sure it woke the dead.
