The all around stay at this hotel was great. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms where clean, and the location was very close to restaurants etc.. Traveled with a companion and there where no issues at all with our stay

A perfectly good place, and a great welcome.
We just had a little issue with a refrigerated truck running all night in the parking lot! We were lucky to be round the corner, but was a little surprised that this was permitted so close to the rooms, as the Diesel engine in a big truck is really noisy.

Bed was full of hard spring, bathroom door wouldn’t shut , wall lock on front door was falling off and much more just wish I would paid a few more dollars and stayed somewhere with a better environment

As we arrived to the hotel we saw the neighborhood it was i and we right away did not feel safe. As we left the hotel to get something to eat we walked out to see crackheads outside of our room. The room smelled and the bath tub looked dirty and rusty.

The outside of the property looked like a slightly more affordable hotel. What I loved was that the inside of the rooms looked, felt and smelled like a much higher end hotel! Clean and the beds were very comfortable! I feel like this hotel is a real find, for the money!

Good breakfast. Spent time updating insides of rooms. It needs serious exterior and insulation work. Had to sleep with earplugs just because it was so noisy from the freeway.

The hotel was very clean. The heater worked since it was cold at night within mins began to warm up the room! They had a courtesy make up remover which was such a plus since I got mines. A lot of towels which was awesome. Front desk checking in and out were very nice :)

The room was clean and comfortable. We were met by a very pleasant and professional desk clerk who quickly got us our room. After we left we found we had left some important medication in the mini-fridge. We were already 5 hours out. Carina and Tina found them in the garbage and sent them to us. Excellent customer service from these two!
