The rooms are newly renovated and they look really nice, beds are comfortable, the upgraded channels and wifi tv made it enjoyable to watch anythjng we wanted to.
A couple things they are lacking on is breakfast and there needs to be more training on a couple of the employees, other than That its all good its an exceptional stay.

The room service was great. I just wish the pool had been open and there was coffee in the morning to drink. Other than that I would recommend going here again.

I had an outstanding stay at the Rancho Cordova Inn. My room was very clean and neat my AC worked great. Also I had a very comfortable bed and a TV that worked great. I had excellent customer service check in by a young gentleman. What I like most was there was no noise during the night so I had a well rested night sleep. I will be back and I will be sure to tell all my friends.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences of My Life – Avoid at All Costs
If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at Rancho Cordova Inn was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
First, the customer service was beyond terrible. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and made it very clear they couldn’t care less about guests. Any issues I brought up were met with attitude instead of solutions.
Second, the property itself was loud and chaotic. Other guests were threatening to fight each other and made noise at all hours of the night, and management did absolutely nothing about it. Don’t expect to get any sleep here.
To make matters worse, they mishandled my deposit. Instead of putting a temporary hold like every normal hotel, they charged my card outright and then refused to refund it. So now I’m stuck paying extra for the privilege of staying in this dump.
Between the filthy rooms, the noise, the complete lack of professionalism, and the shady billing practices, this place is a scam. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else.
Rancho Cordova Inn is an embarrassment to hospitality. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

I’ve been traveling for 15 years, and this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They didn’t have any towels. I asked the front desk, and they told me they didn’t have any clean towels because they hadn’t done the laundry, and that they might have some by 10 a.m. the next day. The beds were awful. The room was extremely dirty — the sheets had stains, there were bed bugs, and even cockroaches.
Please avoid this hotel. If you’re considering staying here based on the photos, don’t. The pictures are completely misleading. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

OMG I got catfish by a hotel. The room that I had gotten was filthy. There was wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector goes, sheets were dirty, floor was filthy, I had a non smoking room that smelled horrible like cigarette ash and the pool was really dirty the laundry facility was two washers and two dryers outside in the hallway, my room was infested with flies. I asked for a refund and was refunded $11 dollars I took pictures and I wish I could post them, the breakfast sucked rotten bananas and dirty eating area . The first room leaked water from sink. Second room the bathtub was filthy, who knows when it was lasted cleaned. There were no towels. I shower with my flip flops on. Had to dry off with clothes. There was a black widow under the A/C. The door keys and door knobs didn’t work right. I left the hotel at 3:30am. I was careful to not shut the door while loading the car as I had a 4 year old with me. After loading everything and the child I tried to leave the key at the office. There was no one there and no phone number for an emergency. I returned to the room to leave the key inside, only the key no longer worked to open the door. Went through 3 different rooms… then given a refund as they could not guarantee a clean room. First room had been smoked in and had a plastic bag tied over smoke detector. Second room smelt like feces. 3rd room had body fluid on every piece of bed linen. Laundry facilites filthy. Hard drugs being smoked in parking lot.
I have never left a hotel before. This was disgusting.
